【摘要】：墨西哥新政府组建以来,强调进行全面的、重大的政治、经济和社会改革,以实现国家的可持续发展。在教育领域,调整教师评估和提升制度,提高基础教育质量,恢复国家在教育体制中的主导地位。在能源领域,进行油气改革和电力改革,废除私营企业不得参与石油勘探和开采的禁令,实行公私共同开采、利润共享模式,对Pemex进行财政改革、结构改革和机构重组,促进能源产业现代化。在财政领域,建立更加公正、简明、进步、透明的税收制度,促进经济的增长。涅托执政以来,这些改革都取得了一些进展,但也遇到了不少问题和挑战。墨西哥的改革任重道远,决不会是一帆风顺的。
[Abstract]:Since the formation of the new Mexican government, the emphasis has been placed on comprehensive, major political, economic and social reforms to achieve sustainable development of the country. In the field of education, we should adjust the system of teacher evaluation and promotion, improve the quality of basic education, and restore the leading position of the state in the educational system. In the field of energy, oil and gas reform and electric power reform should be carried out, the ban on private enterprises not to participate in oil exploration and exploitation should be abolished, public and private joint exploitation, profit-sharing mode, Pemex fiscal reform, structural reform and institutional reorganization should be abolished. To promote the modernization of the energy industry. In the fiscal sector, build a more fair, concise, progressive, transparent tax system to promote economic growth.
