日本禁毒执法体制刍议

【摘要】：日本作为全球主要的毒品消费国之一,在打击毒品滥用方面较为严厉,禁毒法律法规比较完善。相比而言,日本禁毒执法人员的体制与我国存在很大不同。日本禁毒执法队伍受日本厚生劳动省管辖,专业性突出,并具有打击毒品犯罪、非法药物搜查、鉴定、宣传等更加全面的职能。通过对日本的禁毒执法体制研究为我国培养禁毒警察提供有益的借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:As one of the major drug consuming countries in the world, Japan is strict in combating drug abuse and has perfect laws and regulations on drug control. Comparatively speaking, the system of Japanese drug law enforcement personnel is very different from our country. Japan's drug law enforcement team is under the jurisdiction of Japan's Ministry of Health and Labor, and has a more comprehensive function of cracking down on drug crimes, illegal drug search, identification, propaganda and so on. Through the study of drug law enforcement system in Japan, it provides useful reference and reference for training drug police in our country.
