欧洲国家体育赛场突发事件应急管理及其经验借鉴

【摘要】：对英国、德国、意大利体育赛场突发事件应急管理的应急组织体制、预测预警机制、应急处置机制、法律保障体系以及应急预案体系5个方面的成功做法与经验进行了详细介绍,并结合我国体育赛场突发事件应急管理的实际情况,提出对我国的启示:完善体育赛事突发事的应急法制体系;加强体育赛事突发事件预测预警系统的建设;构建体育赛事突发事件应急管理信息系统;加强体育赛事突发事件应急管理队伍建设。
[Abstract]:The successful practice and experience of the five aspects of the emergency management of the emergency management of the emergency management of the sports events in the UK, Germany, Italy, the prediction and early warning mechanism, the emergency disposal mechanism, the legal security system and the emergency plan system are described in detail.
