阿富汗重建中的大国博弈与中国的选择

【摘要】：随着美国从阿富汗撤军日期的临近,各国加大了在阿富汗重建中博弈的力度。由于各国在阿的目的不同,利益相异,因此各国在阿战后重建中的力度也相去甚远。中国作为阿富汗的重要邻国,同时也是联合国安理会常任理事会,理应在新时期扮演更加重要的角色。除了经济领域的合作外,同样作为恐怖活动的受害者,中国更应加强与阿富汗的安全合作,共同打击恐怖势力,共同维护地区和平与稳定。
[Abstract]:As the United States draws near the date of withdrawal from Afghanistan, countries have stepped up the game in the reconstruction of Afghanistan. Different countries have different aims and different interests in Afghanistan, so their efforts to rebuild after the war are very different. As an important neighbor of Afghanistan and a permanent member of the UN Security Council, China should play a more important role in the new era. In addition to economic cooperation, China, as a victim of terrorist activities, should strengthen security cooperation with Afghanistan, jointly combat terrorist forces, and jointly safeguard regional peace and stability.
