美国警察培训项目存在的问题及启示

【摘要】：美国警察教育培训体系虽然已经比较完善,但是依然存在着种种问题。文章将对一些问题进行剖析并建议加大对于警察培训教官的投资,帮助他们学习多样的教学技能,督促他们增强教学投入度并充分信任其教学独创性。美国警察教育培训体系中存在的问题也启示中国警察培训将教学技能与警务技能并重,传统手段与现代手段相结合,以便增加学习者的兴趣,增强培训效果。
[Abstract]:Although the American police education and training system has been relatively perfect, but there are still a variety of problems. This paper will analyze some problems and suggest that we should increase the investment in police training instructors, help them to learn a variety of teaching skills, urge them to enhance their teaching input and fully trust their teaching originality. The problems existing in the police education and training system in the United States also enlighten that Chinese police training attaches equal importance to teaching skills and police skills, and combines traditional means with modern means in order to increase learners' interest and enhance the training effect.
