芬兰情报机构

【摘要】：正芬兰和其他许多国家一样,拥有文职情报机构和军事情报机构,二者任务和方向相互独立,也有过不少合作。"棱镜门"事件发生之后,虽然公众舆论促使芬兰情报界向世人展示了其自身的某些情况,但因大部分工作涉及国家安全,故仍然存在较高程度的保密性。芬兰情报界与欧洲各国情报界都有一定合作,但其以军事情报为中心的传统仍以关注国内安全为主。本文介绍了芬兰的情报机构,并将其与荷兰、瑞典的情报机构进行了对比。
[Abstract]:Finland, like many other countries, has civilian intelligence agencies and military intelligence units, which are independent of each other in terms of mission and direction, and have had a lot of cooperation. " After the prism gate incident, although public opinion prompted the Finnish intelligence community to show some of its own situation to the world, because most of the work involves national security, there is still a high degree of confidentiality. Finnish intelligence community and European intelligence community have some cooperation, but its tradition of focusing on military intelligence is still focused on internal security. This paper introduces the Finnish intelligence agencies and compares them with those of the Netherlands and Sweden.
