　　本文采用案例研究法探析坦桑尼亚政党在赋权女性走上领导岗位时所面临的挑战,旨在提出更好的干预政策和策略,以提升本国女性领导人的综合能力。数据来源既有一手数据,也有引用的二手数据。一手原始数据的收集使用了问卷调查和深度访谈等方法。问卷调查对象为公民联合阵线、民主与发展党、坦桑尼亚革命党等三大政党成员。受访者共193人;二手数据来源多样,有图书馆、网络、政府机构以及关注妇女事务的民间社会组织和非政府组织。以女性对其自身愿景使命、成就挑战和未来计划的认知作为反思对象,本研究清晰地分析了当前政治中的男权结构。这从基层组织开始就阻碍了女性的参政与升迁机会。即使能够走到事业顶峰,女性仍然面临挑战,很难操作行使权力并表现自己的能力。本研究利用女性主义的概念、理论和方法论来回答研究问题。研究结果表明,成长经历决定了女性是否会形成走上领导岗位的愿望抱负,但当前的女孩们自幼就生活在一个两性严重不平等的社会。当她们步入政坛,女性领导者的偏好则会受其愿望抱负指引,渴望看到一个所有人生而平等的世界。但研究发现,一些女性走上领导岗位后会被“男性”同化,习得与男性相似的行为风格。同时,女政治家及渴望踏入政坛的女性还面...
