【摘要】：文字是语言的书写载体，深入而细致地考察岳麓秦简文字，，对推动秦代语言、历史和文化等方面的深入研究，具有重要的价值和意义。本文以新近出版的《岳麓书院藏秦简（三）》（以下简称“岳麓秦简（三）”）为基础，编集文字编并进行了相关的文字研究。以期通过文字字形的直观呈现，助益于秦代用字状况的了解，为汉字演变过程和规律的深入探讨，古文字考释及构形研究提供更丰富的参照字形。论文分作两部分。第一部分为文字研究。首先，我们介绍了岳麓秦简（三）的整理及出版概况，并对秦简牍文字和岳麓秦简（三）的研究进行了综述，明确了本文研究的意义和方法。其次，分析了岳麓秦简（三）的文字形体特点。在字形来源上，岳麓秦简（三）字形主体来源于战国秦篆，同时又有金文遗风，且某些字形可与六国古文相互参证；整体风格上则呈现篆体向隶书转变的动态过渡形式，书写风格初具隶书意味；岳麓秦简（三）笔画普遍出现改曲为直、方折化的特点，同一偏旁存在细微的差别且偏旁位置相对固定，但尚未定型。再次，我们对岳麓秦简（三）中异体字进行了初步探讨，发现其异体字笔画简省与增繁并存，偏旁则有移位和讹混情况，且讹变现象非常突出。第二部分为文字编。对岳麓秦简（三）中的文字做穷尽性地考察和收录。共整理出单字721个，字头6563个。具体包括凡例、正文、检字表和附录。

The paper is divided into two parts.
The first part is the text research.
