【摘要】：寨头河墓地是晋陕高原上首次发现并已完整揭露的一处戎人墓地,其时代跨度小,墓葬排列规整,出土遗物种类丰富,涉及的文化因素多样,为研究商周以来的戎人的迁徙及分布问题提供了重要参考。本文结合考古学和体质人类学的研究方法,对该遗址出土的人骨做了相关的古病理学研究。在对其进行性别年龄鉴定的基础上,运用相关知识对骨骼进行病理和创伤观察和记录。观察到的疾病种类主要有齿科疾病、骨关节疾病和骨折创伤三大类,同时也发现有贫血症、颅骨变形等病理现象。其中齿科疾病普遍,龋齿、牙周病、牙结石、根尖脓肿及异常磨耗都有较高的出现率,骨关节疾病亦多见,而骨折和创伤现象则相对较少发现。文章对寨头河人骨古病理进行了综合分析,将其纳入整个群体考虑,并将相关指标与其他遗址进行了对比研究,研究结果显示寨头河人群各类疾病的罹患率均与农业民族相距甚远,而与游牧狩猎型经济类型的人群具有较高的相似度。
[Abstract]:Zhai Tou River cemetery is the first discovered and fully exposed on the Shanxi Plateau, its age span is small, tombs arranged regularly, unearthed a variety of relics, involving a variety of cultural factors. It provides an important reference for studying the migration and distribution of the Rong people since the Shang and Zhou dynasties. Based on archaeology and physical anthropology, this paper makes a study on the paleopathology of the human bones unearthed from the site, which is based on the sex and age identification. The related knowledge was used to observe and record the pathology and trauma of bone. The observed diseases were mainly dental diseases, osteoarthrosis and fracture trauma, and anemia was also found. Among them, dental diseases, dental caries, periodontal diseases, dental stones, apical abscess and abnormal wear have a high occurrence rate, osteoarticular diseases are also common. Fracture and trauma are relatively rare. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the ancient pathology of human bone in Zitouhe River, and takes it into consideration of the whole group, and makes a comparative study on the related indexes with other sites. The results show that the incidence of various diseases in Zhai Tou River population is far from that of agricultural people, but it has a high similarity with nomadic type of economy.
