论王国维经学研究的现代学术品格——以《魏石经考》为例

【摘要】:王国维撰《魏石经考》等文,使经学研究具有了现代学术的品性与格局。他在书信和论文中的推论与结语,表明其研究已非传统的训释文字、订补文献之阙,而是以汉魏石经为切入点来探寻中古学术史与思想史的断裂之处,因具有知识考古学的性质而呈现出新面貌。他通过考证汉石经以一家为本、兼刻诸家异字,推论东汉求同存异之学风,揭橥东汉民间古学与官学论衡的历史图景,论证《魏石经》古文源自孔壁,揭示出汉魏之际经多转写、字指学兴起以及学术"竞技规则"的转变。王国维早年研习译介叔本华论著,其西学渊源表现出消化西方哲学的东方效应,然其于具体论证又不自觉地回到传统的延续性思考,反映了他对传统文化的信仰与固守。
[Abstract]:Wang Guowei wrote "Wei Shi classics" and other articles, which made the study of Confucian classics have the modern academic character and pattern. His corollary and conclusion in his letters and papers show that his research has not been traditional instructions and interpretations, so as to make up for the lack of literature. Instead, he took the Stone Sutra of the Han and Wei dynasties as the starting point to explore the rupture of the academic history and the intellectual history of the Middle Ages, and took on a new look because of the nature of intellectual archaeology. Deducing the style of study of seeking common ground while reserving differences in the Eastern Han Dynasty, uncovering the historical picture of ancient folk studies and official studies in the Eastern Han Dynasty, demonstrating that the ancient writings of Wei Shi Jing originated from the Confucian walls, and revealing that there were many transliterations of the classics in the time of the Han and Wei dynasties. The rise of symbolism and the change of academic "competitive rules". Wang Guowei studied the translation and introduction of Schopenhauer's works in his early years. His western origin showed the oriental effect of digesting western philosophy, but he unconsciously returned to the traditional continuous thinking in the concrete argument. It reflects his belief and adherence to traditional culture.
