甘青地区新获早期铜器及冶铜遗物的分析研究

【摘要】: 在中国,学术界一般把早于商代的冶金活动归为早期冶金活动,这期间遗留下来的冶金遗物即为早期冶金遗物。就中国现有的考古发现而言,早期冶金遗物主要是早期铜器和冶铜炉渣。研究这些早期铜器和冶铜炉渣,对探讨中国冶金术的起源及早期青铜时代中西方文化交流等都具有重要意义。 甘青地区以其特殊的地理位置和大量出土的早期冶金遗物,在中国早期冶金研究中占有重要的地位。本文对来自甘青地区的宗日、尕马台、陈旗磨沟、火烧沟和黑水国等5个遗址的45件最新获得的早期铜器及冶铜遗物进行了科学分析研究,结果表明:红铜、青铜等多种铜质并存和有部分铜器含砷是甘青地区早期铜器的两大特点;铸造和热锻工艺并存应该是齐家文化铜器制作工艺的一个显著特征;黑水国南城冶炼遗址的发现表明中国西北地区在早期青铜时代已有冶铜活动存在。 先后在宗日遗址、尕马台墓地和陈旗磨沟遗址发现齐家文化砷铜器,是本文研究工作最突出的一项发现,尤其是宗日遗址的砷铜是迄今在中国西北地区发现的年代最早的砷铜,其意义重大。这一发现不仅将改变对齐家文化冶铜技术的演进历程的现有认识,而且将提供一个新的角度,来重新审视齐家文化和四坝文化在冶铜技术上的联系或相互影响,从而推进对中国西北地区冶金起源和早期发展的研究。
[Abstract]:In China, the academic circles generally classified the metallurgical activities earlier than Shang Dynasty as early metallurgical activities, and the metallurgical relics left over during this period were called early metallurgical relics.As far as the archaeological discoveries in China are concerned, the early metallurgical relics are mainly early copper vessels and metallurgical slag.It is of great significance to investigate the origin of Chinese metallurgical technology and the cultural exchange between China and the West in the early Bronze Age.Ganqing area plays an important role in early metallurgical research in China because of its special geographical location and a large number of early metallurgical relics unearthed.In this paper, 45 newly acquired early copper vessels and copper relics from five sites, such as Zongri, Gama Tai, Chen Qi Mogou, Huazhao ditch and Kishui State, were scientifically analyzed and studied. The results show that: red copper,The coexistence of bronze and other copper materials and the presence of arsenic in some copper objects are two major characteristics of early copper ware in Ganqing area, and the coexistence of casting and hot forging techniques should be a prominent feature of the bronze making process in Qijia culture.The discovery of Nancheng smelting site in Blackwater indicates that copper smelting existed in the early Bronze Age in northwest China.The discovery of arsenic and copper in Qijia culture at Zongri site, Gama Tai cemetery and Chenqi Mogou site is one of the most prominent findings in this paper, especially that the arsenic and copper of Zongri site is the earliest arsenic copper found in northwest China so far.It is of great significance.This discovery will not only change the existing understanding of the evolution of copper smelting technology in Qijia culture, but also provide a new perspective to re-examine the connection or mutual influence of Qijia culture and Siba culture on copper smelting technology.So as to promote the study of the origin and early development of metallurgy in Northwest China.
