岭南沿海地区蠡壳窗及其病害成因分析

【摘要】:蠡壳窗,是指用一种软体动物的贝壳打磨制作而成的,具有良好透光性的,类似玻璃窗的传统窗具,是我国古代沿海居民靠海吃海,适应自然、利用自然、改造生活的智慧的体现,其制作工艺也是一项十分珍贵的非物质文化遗产。其作为古代建筑史上经久不衰的经典用材,集实用性与美观性于一身,在中国古代历史上具有极重要的历史地位。然而近百年来,在现代玻璃产业的冲击下,蠡壳窗迅速地被人们遗忘在历史长河之中,现存少量蠡壳窗文物也因得不到有效的保护而正面临巨大的威胁。本文课题在系统研究蠡壳窗的现有相关文献资料的基础上,对岭南沿海地区以东莞可园为代表的蠡壳窗文物进行调研,发现其主要病害问题有:变色浑浊、表面附着物、裂缝、片状剥落、局部破损、孔洞、微生物病害及人为破坏等。并通过实物对比分析研究论证解决了学术界关于蠡壳窗制作原料的争论问题。通过扫描电子显微镜、X射线荧光光谱分析仪、X射线衍射分析仪、显微拉曼光谱分析仪等多种现代科学仪器,对蠡壳窗的本体材质进行化学成分、矿物组成、微观结构等多方面研究,在了解其本体结构性质机理的情况下,结合病害调查结果与赋存环境调查资料,推断进行了岭南沿海地区以东莞可园为例的蠡壳窗病害成分研究,并提出了适当保护建议,由于目前研究体系中对于蠡壳窗的研究十分缺乏,故该现象研究的展开较为艰难,同时研究尚不够深入,但本次研究为蠡壳窗这一块空白区域的的研究奠定了一定的基础,当下为未来更进一步的有效保护研究提供可靠的科学依据,奠定坚实基础。
[Abstract]:Li-shell window, which is made from a mollusk shell, has good transparency and is similar to glass window. It is a kind of traditional window that Chinese ancient coastal people ate the sea by the sea, adapted to the nature and made use of the nature. The wisdom of transforming life, its production process is also a very precious intangible cultural heritage. As an enduring classical material in the history of ancient architecture, it has a very important historical position in the ancient history of China because of its practicability and beauty. However, under the impact of the modern glass industry in the last hundred years, the shell window has been quickly forgotten by people in the long history, and a small number of existing cultural relics of the shell window are facing a great threat because of the lack of effective protection. Based on the systematic study of the existing literature of Li-shell window, this paper investigates the cultural relics of Li-shell window represented by Dongguan Keyuan in the coastal area of Lingnan, and finds that the main disease problems are: turbid discoloration, surface attachment, crack, etc. Flake, local breakage, hole, microbial disease and human destruction. And through the physical contrast analysis and demonstration to solve the academic controversy about the raw materials of the shell window. By means of scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (XRF), X-ray diffraction analyzer (XRD), micro-Raman spectrometer and other modern scientific instruments, the chemical composition and mineral composition of the bulk material of Li-shell window were studied. On the basis of the understanding of the nature and mechanism of its body structure, combined with the investigation results of the disease and the data of the environment investigation, this paper inferred that the disease components of the shell window in the coastal area of southern Lingnan were studied by taking Dongguan Keyuan as an example. And put forward appropriate protection suggestions, because of the lack of research on Yu Li shell window in the current research system, it is difficult to carry out the research on this phenomenon, and the research is not deep enough at the same time. But this research has laid a certain foundation for the research of the blank area of the shell window, and provides the reliable scientific basis for the further effective protection research in the future, and establishes the solid foundation.
