青铜的大气腐蚀影响因素研究

【摘要】:青铜文物是我国重要的历史文化遗产,且具有不可再生性,对其保护具有非常重要的意义,而青铜文物的保存空间博物馆展柜内的污染性气体、光照、温湿度都对青铜文物的保存有着严重的危害。因此,研究青铜在大气环境中的腐蚀行为与规律是具有重要的理论价值与现实意义。本文主要采用QCM反应性监测方法对表面镀铜锡合金的石英晶振片在S02、NO2及其混合气氛以及在博物馆模拟展柜内的大气腐蚀行为进行了原位监测,得到了腐蚀动力学曲线,并联合扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、光电子能谱(XPS)分析手段对晶振片表面的腐蚀产物进行了分析,并初步推测了青铜文物模拟材料的大气腐蚀机理。研究结果表明,NO2、NO2均能加速青铜文物模拟材料的大气腐蚀,且两者存在时具有协同效应。升高NO2、NO2气体浓度与反应温度都会不同程度地加快青铜文物模拟材料的腐蚀速度。光照的存在以及温湿度的升高都会加速青铜文物模拟材料的腐蚀,其中傲特盛卤素灯对青铜文物模拟材料腐蚀影响最严重,在色温较高时对青铜文物模拟材料的腐蚀更为严重。青铜文物模拟材料在光照条件下腐蚀60天后的主要腐蚀产物为Cu2O、CuO、SnO、SnO2,其次还有铜的硫酸盐、铜的硝酸盐、铜的碳酸盐、铜的硫化物以及铜的氯化物。
[Abstract]:Bronze cultural relic is an important historical and cultural heritage of our country, and it is not renewable, it has very important significance for its protection, and the preservation space of bronze cultural relic is polluted gas and illumination in the exhibition cabinet of museum. Temperature and humidity are serious harm to the preservation of bronze relics. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the corrosion behavior and law of bronze in atmospheric environment. In this paper, QCM reactivity monitoring method is used to monitor in situ the corrosion behavior of quartz crystal wafer on the surface of copper-tin alloy in S02NO2 and its mixed atmosphere, as well as the atmospheric corrosion behavior in the museum simulated display cabinet, and the corrosion kinetics curves are obtained. The corrosion products on the surface of the wafer were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy spectrometer (EDS) and photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and the atmospheric corrosion mechanism of the simulated material of bronze cultural relic was preliminarily speculated. The results show that no _ 2O _ 2 can accelerate the atmospheric corrosion of bronze cultural relic simulation materials, and they have synergistic effect when they exist. Increasing the concentration of no _ 2O _ 2 gas and reaction temperature can accelerate the corrosion rate of bronze antiquities. The existence of light and the increase of temperature and humidity will accelerate the corrosion of bronze cultural relic simulation material, among which, the corrosion of bronze cultural relic simulative material is most serious by Aotesian halogen lamp, and the corrosion of bronze cultural relic simulation material is more serious when the color temperature is higher. The main corrosion products of bronze cultural relic simulation material after 60 days of corrosion under illumination are Cu _ 2O _ 2, Cu _ 2O _ (CuO), Sno _ (2) O _ (2), copper sulfate, copper nitrate, copper carbonate, copper sulfide and copper chloride.
