九年卫鼎新析

【摘要】：文章通过对九年卫鼎的考释,可以清楚的看到,在当时,土地的拥有者是可以把土地作为物品的一种来交换自身所需求的物品。而这种土地的交换方式是存在于贵族之间,易换制度存在的本身也表明了这种行为是得到周天子的默许,同时也是国家法律所认可的。
[Abstract]:Through the textual research of nine-year Wei Ding, it is clear that at that time, the owner of land could exchange the land as a kind of goods for his own needs. The exchange of land is between the nobility, the exchange system itself also shows that this behavior is the acquiescence of the emperor Zhou, but also recognized by the state law.
