秦简中的“吏仆”与“吏养”

【摘要】：秦简中出现的吏仆与吏养分别指驾车和炊事人员,其来源主要是徒隶,偶有戍卒,但有特殊技能的工匠不能担任吏仆。吏仆归属仓管理,负责其口粮供给,分配任务。各行政机构配置以人员数量配备数额不等的吏仆。国家对仆、养的控制,是通过廪衣食等制度来实现的。汉代吏仆的工作转移给政府中的少吏和出使者招募的随从。
[Abstract]:The appearance of official servants and clerks in Qin bamboo slips respectively refers to driving and cooking personnel, whose source is mainly Tu Li, occasionally garrison, but the craftsmen with special skills can not serve as official servants. Officials and servants to the warehouse management, responsible for its rations supply, distribution of tasks. Administrative organs are staffed with officials and servants with varying numbers of personnel. The state's control over servants and maintenance is realized through such systems as grain, clothing, food and so on. The work of official servants in the Han Dynasty was transferred to young officials in the government and entourage recruited by emissaries.
