将磨碎的琼脂凝胶用于文物表面清洗

【摘要】：正目前,用于文物表面清洗的多糖类水凝胶一般为固体块状或呈半固态,敷于待清洗区域,使得有效的活性组分发挥清洗效果。本研究通过将预成型的琼脂凝胶磨碎成可以刷在文物表面上的微小颗粒,用于文物的表面清洁。琼脂提取自海藻,可用作增稠剂,在食品工业中有广泛应用。琼脂的凝固点和熔点温度不同,熔点约85~90℃。本研究通过实验论证了一种可用于水敏性文物表面清洗的简便方法,创新点在于将琼脂凝胶磨碎后的小颗粒刷于污面处的处理方式。
