山西地区宋金窑址采集瓷片科技研究
[Abstract]:The main object of this paper is to collect porcelain pieces from Song and Jin kilns in Shanxi area, totally 371 pieces of porcelain from 10 kilns. Firstly, the location, historical evolution, archaeological situation, research status and specimen collection of kiln site are briefly introduced through literature investigation. Then according to the previous research combined with the existing experimental conditions and specimen situation, the samples needed to be sampled and analyzed were screened and made. From the point of view of science and technology archaeology, the microstructure and chroma of the samples collected from the Song and Jin kilns in Shanxi region were analyzed. Component analysis was carried out. In the aspect of microstructure, the microstructure of the ceramic sheet was observed and measured by optical microscope, including the thickness of the tire, porosity, inclusions, color, the surface appearance of the glaze, the bubble size and distribution of the thickness of the glaze layer, and the morphology of the transition layer and the cosmetic soil layer. On the basis of microscopic observation, the main glaze colors are black and white. By means of chromaticity knowledge, the color of white glazed porcelain and black glazed porcelain at different kilns in ancient times was characterized directly and quantitatively by colorimetry. Combined with statistical knowledge to explore the characteristics of different kiln sites to collect the color of porcelain. The composition of the matrix was analyzed by micro-focused X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, and the results were compared with the statistical principle to explore the characteristics of the ancient porcelain in Shanxi. Synthesizing three kinds of scientific methods, this paper comprehensively analyzes and studies the porcelain pieces collected from the Song and Jin kilns in Shanxi area. The porcelain slices of 10 kiln sites have their own characteristics in terms of microstructure, chromaticity analysis and composition analysis. It can partly reflect the production of ancient kilns in Shanxi area. Different products of the same kiln site also have different processes and technologies, which reflects the ancient people's pursuit of continuous improvement of technology.
