高度腐蚀矿化出土铁器的保护修复——以济南魏家庄出土铁釜的保护修复为例

【摘要】:本文通过对山东魏家庄遗址出土的一件腐蚀矿化且破碎非常严重的铁釜的保护现状的全面评估调查,在科学分析检测的基础上,针对其病害特征、病害原因和保护修复方法进行了深入的科学分析,同时研究制定了针对高度腐蚀矿化且破碎严重铁器相应的保护修复方案,并实施了科学规范的保护修复工作,最终恢复了其原本应有的外观,基本恢复了高度腐蚀矿化且破碎铁釜的完整形态,增强了铁釜的稳定性。使其达到了一种安全稳定且可供考古学研究和陈列展览的良好状态,从中探索出一种针对高度腐蚀矿化且破碎的铁器进行保护修复的可行方法。
[Abstract]:Based on the comprehensive evaluation and investigation of the protection status of a corroded and mineralized iron cauldron unearthed from Weijiazhuang site in Shandong Province, and based on the scientific analysis and detection, this paper aims at the characteristics of its disease. The cause of the disease and the methods of protection and restoration were analyzed in depth. At the same time, the corresponding protection and restoration schemes for the highly corroded and mineralized and broken iron appliances were studied, and the scientific standard protection and restoration work was carried out. Finally, the appearance of the autoclave was restored, the high corrosion mineralization and the intact form of the broken iron kettle were restored, and the stability of the iron kettle was enhanced. It is safe and stable and can be used for archaeological research and exhibition. A feasible method for the protection and restoration of highly corroded mineralized and broken iron vessels has been explored.
