从分家书看徽州地区分家习惯

【摘要】：文章研究中大图书馆藏徽州分家书,讨论徽州地区分家的一般原因、分家原则和分家形式。徽州地区一般因父母年事已高、家庭不和、子女婚嫁出继等分家;建立了易于操作的分家程序——拈阄为定;遵循诸子平分、虽分犹合、按房分家原则;多采用一次性分完父辈财物的分家形式。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the general reasons, principles and forms of separation of families in Huizhou. Huizhou area generally because the parents are old, family discord, children married out of the family, and so on; set up an easy to operate the separation procedures-cast lots for the decision; follow the equal distribution of all, although the division of the same, according to the principle of separation of houses; More use a one-time division of the father's property form of separation.
