段文杰与敦煌研究院

【摘要】：1980年,段文杰先生任敦煌文物研究所第一副所长并实际主持敦煌文物研究所的工作,1998年方从敦煌研究院院长的领导岗位上退居二线。其间的18年,既是我国敦煌学蓬勃发展的18年,也是敦煌研究院学术进步、走向世界、机构建设的黄金时期,可以称为敦煌研究院的"段文杰时代"。段文杰先生高度重视学术研究,创办《敦煌研究》,创建敦煌研究院,延揽及大力培养人才,创建中国敦煌石窟保护研究基金会等。体现在段文杰身上最突出的特点是:强烈的爱国主义与民族自尊心、宽阔的胸怀和高尚的人格、高尚的情操和集体主义精神。
[Abstract]:In 1980, Duan Wenjie served as the first deputy director of the Dunhuang Institute of Cultural relics and actually presided over the work of the Institute of Dunhuang relics. In 1998, Mr. Duan Wenjie retired from the leadership position of the Dean of the Dunhuang Research Institute. During the 18 years, it is not only the 18 years of the vigorous development of Dunhuang Studies in China, but also the golden period of the academic progress of the Dunhuang Research Institute and the construction of institutions, which can be called the "Duan Wenjie era" of the Dunhuang Research Institute. Duan Wenjie attached great importance to academic research, established Dunhuang Research, established Dunhuang Research Institute, recruited and vigorously trained talents, and established the China Dunhuang Grottoes Conservation and Research Foundation. The most prominent features embodied in Duan Wenjie are: strong patriotism and national pride, broad mind and noble personality, noble sentiment and collectivism.
