糟朽皮革保护加固材料的研究

【摘要】:糟朽皮革文物保护的重要问题之一是选择合适的加固材料。以动物皮为原料,制备与皮革具有同源性的皮浆作为糟朽皮革的加固材料。用戊二醛、单宁对皮浆膜进行改性,提高皮浆膜的热稳定性。以改性皮浆膜的抗张强度和断裂伸长率为主要指标来评估皮浆作为加固材料的可行性。通过加固人工老化皮革试验,对比分析了样品加固前后的机械强度、纤维形态。结果表明:处理剂戊二醛、单宁酸溶液的首选质量分数分别为3%、12%。皮浆膜的抗张强度可达5N/mm~2以上,断裂伸长率可达90%以上。皮浆能补充和改善糟朽皮革中流失和变性的胶原蛋白,有效提高其物理性能。本研究为糟朽皮革文物的加固保护提供了新思路。
[Abstract]:One of the important problems in the protection of leathery relics is the selection of suitable reinforcement materials. Using animal skin as raw material, leather pulp with homology with leather was prepared as reinforcement material for leathery leather. Glutaraldehyde and tannin were used to improve the thermal stability of the pulp film. Based on the tensile strength and elongation at break of the modified skin size film, the feasibility of the pulp as the reinforcement material was evaluated. The mechanical strength and fiber morphology of the samples before and after reinforcement were compared and analyzed through the experiments of strengthening artificial aged leather. The results showed that the preferred mass fraction of glutaraldehyde and tannic acid solution were 3 and 12, respectively. The tensile strength and elongation at break of the serous film are above 5N/mm~2 and 90% respectively. Skin pulp can supplement and improve the loss and denaturation of collagen in leathers and improve its physical properties. This study provides a new idea for the reinforcement and protection of leathery relics.
