【摘要】：正秦之郡县制度和周之分封制度重要区别之一,在于中央将统治触角深入到地方,直接掌控地方社会。与依靠各级世袭封君建立起来的统治架构不同,它需要一套中央直接控制的官僚体制。这些官僚由国家按一定的规则与程序选拔,其身份和周代贵族体制下负责封君家族内部事务的家臣类似。对于秦代官吏选拔制度,学界进行了一些有益的探索。~①然而受材料所限,我们以前对秦代官吏,特别是地方官吏选拔制度的具体形式并没有太多了解。近年新公布了数批秦
[Abstract]:One of the important differences between the system of prefectures and counties in Zhengqin and the system of enfeoffment in Zhou Dynasty lies in the fact that the central government goes deep into the local areas and directly controls the local society. Unlike the ruling structure built by hereditary monarchies at all levels, it requires a central, directly controlled bureaucracy. These bureaucrats are selected by the state according to certain rules and procedures, and their status is similar to that of the courtiers in charge of the internal affairs of the monarch under the aristocratic system of Zhou Dynasty.
