敦煌晚唐时期报恩窟营建的流行——以莫高窟索义辩窟为例

【摘要】:中唐时期在一些敦煌大族修建的家窟中,出现了以"报恩"为名营建的石窟,并在窟内显著位置绘有亡父母供养像,使石窟的荐亡与祀祖功能鲜明,体现出佛教与中国传统文化的深入交融。张议潮建立归义军政权后,此种类型的石窟营建更为兴盛,与当时社会倡导的"忠孝"之风的盛行关系紧密。营建于晚唐时期的莫高窟索义辩窟为敦煌索氏家窟,在石窟营建中选择中唐时期就已开始流行的报恩窟,并在建窟功德记中突出对"忠孝"的显扬与强调,与其敦煌大族、儒学世家以及索义辩为归义军僧团重要成员的身份相符,所反映出的情感诉求、宗教信仰与价值取向在这一时期的敦煌大族中具有代表意义。
[Abstract]:In the middle Tang Dynasty, in some of the grottoes built by the Dunhuang family, there were grottoes built in the name of "reward for kindness", and in the grottoes there were notable figures of the deceased parents' support, which made the grottoes have a distinct function of recommending, dying and sacrificing to their ancestors. It reflects the deep blending of Buddhism and Chinese traditional culture. After Zhang Yichao established the Gui Yi Army regime, the construction of this type of grottoes became more prosperous, which was closely related to the popularity of "loyalty and filial piety" advocated by the society at that time. The Mogao Grottoes, which were built in the late Tang Dynasty, are the Soko family grottoes in Dunhuang. In the construction of the grottoes, they chose the Grottoes that had already become popular in the Middle Tang Dynasty, and highlighted the prominence and emphasis on "loyalty and filial piety" in the Grottoes built in the Gongde, and their Dunhuang ethnic groups. The Confucian family and the identity of the important members of the Gui Yi Army monks' regiment accord with each other, reflecting the emotional appeal, religious belief and value orientation in this period of Dunhuang has a representative significance.
