先秦陶鬲袋状空足的演变和实用性探析

【摘要】:陶鬲作为一种炊具相比于同时代的其他炊具其独特之处在于三个中空的袋足,从新石器时代晚期到春秋战国时期,陶鬲的袋足形制和它在人们饮食生活中的地位几经变化,它的盛行是由于袋足的优势,退出历史舞台也因为其袋足的功能不再为人们所需求。把陶鬲袋足的实用功能与先秦社会的饮食结构、取食工具、农业等等的相关因素相结合来研究,对于探求陶鬲袋足形制变化的社会动因是比较重要的研究视角。
[Abstract]:As a kind of cooking utensils, Tao GE is unique in its three hollow bags compared with other cooking utensils of his age. From the late Neolithic Age to the Spring and Autumn warring States period, the shape of Tao GE's pouch feet and its position in people's food life have changed several times. Its popularity is due to the advantages of the bag foot, the withdrawal from the historical stage because of its function is no longer required by the people. It is an important research perspective to combine the practical function of the bag foot with the factors related to the diet structure, feeding tools, agriculture and so on in the pre-Qin period, in order to explore the social causes of the changes in the form of the foot in the bag.
