河北省涉县岭底传统村落保护与利用构想

【摘要】：河北省82.46%的传统村落集中分布在太行山区内,具有明显的区域特点。涉县岭底村是河北省太行山区传统村落的典型代表,历史文化遗产丰富,包括古街巷、古建筑群、古券、古池、古桥、古井等物质文化遗产和剪纸、编草席、踩高台、扭秧歌、转九曲、跑竹马等非物质文化遗产。2008年被列为省级历史文化名村,2014年入选第三批中国传统村落名录。然而笔者于2012年、2015年分两次实地踏勘发现,村内2012年保存较为完整的历史院落有45处,2015年保存较为完整的历史院落仅剩31处,较为完整的历史院落减少了14处,历史文化遗产破坏严重；近三年村落总人口维持在2900人左右,每年有将近1200人外出打工,人口外流现象严重。由此可见,岭底村和众多传统村落一样,都面临着传统建筑破坏严重、整体历史价值缺失的严峻现实。本文以涉县岭底村为例,首先对村落历史沿革、概况、历史文化遗存、价值特色等进行详细阐述和分析,挖掘村落传统资源和文化特色,并揭示其破坏状况及原因。在此基础上,提出“进一步明确保护重点,恢复破坏的格局和风貌,促进传统文化自主传承”的保护思路,进行村落保护。然后,确定岭底村“生态观光采摘、传统风貌展示和区域旅游协同发展”的利用定位,通过旅游发展条件分析、旅游发展设计思路确定、旅游线路设计、旅游服务设施设计,进行旅游服务展示利用,为村落的发展提供动力。最后,从住民角度提出保护与利用对策,为住民参与创造条件。通过对涉县岭底村的保护与利用构想研究,为河北省太行山区的传统村落提供可参考的模式,使村落宝贵的物质和非物质文化遗产得到保护与利用,使村落的经济得到发展,使村落的传统生活方式和历史文脉得到延续。
[Abstract]:82.46% of the traditional villages in Hebei Province are concentrated in Taihang Mountain area, which has obvious regional characteristics. Lingdi Village in Shexian County is a typical representative of traditional villages in Taihang Mountain area of Hebei Province. It has rich historical and cultural heritage, including ancient streets and alleys, ancient buildings, ancient coupons, ancient pools, ancient bridges, ancient wells and other material and cultural heritage and paper-cut. The intangible cultural heritage such as nine songs and bamboo horses was listed as a provincial historical and cultural village in 2008 and the third batch of traditional Chinese villages in 2014. However, in 2012, in 2015, the author found that there were 45 more complete historical compounds in the village in 2012, only 31 in 2015, and 14 in the more complete historical compounds. The destruction of historical and cultural heritage is serious; In the past three years, the total population of the village has been maintained at about 2900, and nearly 1200 people go out to work every year, and the phenomenon of population outflow is serious. Thus it can be seen that Lingdi Village, like many traditional villages, is facing the severe reality of serious damage to traditional buildings and lack of overall historical value. Taking Lingdi Village in Shexian County as an example, this paper first expounds and analyzes in detail the historical evolution, general situation, historical and cultural relics and value characteristics of the village, excavates the traditional resources and cultural characteristics of the village, and reveals its destruction situation and causes. On this basis, this paper puts forward the protection idea of "further defining the key points of protection, restoring the pattern and style of destruction, and promoting the independent inheritance of traditional culture", so as to protect the villages. Then, the utilization and orientation of Lingdi Village "Ecological Tourism picking, traditional style display and Regional Tourism Cooperative Development" are determined. through the analysis of tourism development conditions, the ideas of tourism development design, tourism route design and tourism service facilities design are determined. Carry on the tourism service display utilization, provides the motive force for the village development. Finally, the protection and utilization countermeasures are put forward from the perspective of residents to create conditions for residents to participate. Through the study on the protection and utilization of Lingdi Village in Shexian County, this paper provides a reference model for the traditional villages in Taihang Mountain area of Hebei Province, so that the valuable material and intangible cultural heritage of the villages can be protected and utilized, and the economy of the villages can be developed. The traditional way of life and historical context of the village can be continued.
