法门寺地宫出土茶具名物研究

【摘要】：茶具作为茶事活动中必不可少的重要组成部分,它随着各个历史时期饮茶方式的变动而不断发生变化,即使是处于同一历史时期,不同地方的茶具也体现出鲜明的地域色彩。总的来说,茶具的种类、造型、制式等都体显出鲜明的时代特色、文化背景、地域色彩和审美情趣等诸多因素。法门寺地宫出土茶具作为唐代宫廷饮茶风尚的代表,其所体现出的盛唐茶风之奢华与瑰丽让后人在惊叹之余,深感茶文化之博大精深。这套茶具为我们研究茶文化提供了珍贵的实物资料,不但与《茶经》所记互为印证,且完整的展现唐时饮茶烹点的全部流程。本文是关于茶具名物源流考释的专门性研究,从地宫出土实物入手,在名物和考古的双重视野之下,结合所处时代的饮茶方式,探求茶具制式的变化,以及变化背后的规律。在具体做法上,从文献探讨入手,结合出土实物考察以及历代壁画、绘画资料等多种材料为依托,运用多种考证方法,力求还原这些历史名物背后的生活细节,从历史生活变迁的角度寻找茶具制式与种类的演变规律。确定茶具的具体组成,分别就每一件器具的用法、制式、演变流程与细节等,展开论述,对茶具的用法和流变规律进行审视和研究。
[Abstract]:Tea set as an indispensable part of tea activities, it continues to change with the changes of tea drinking methods in each historical period. Even in the same historical period, tea sets in different places also reflect distinct regional colors. Generally speaking, the types, shapes and styles of tea sets show distinct characteristics of the times, cultural background, regional color and aesthetic taste and many other factors. As the representative of the tea drinking fashion of the Tang Dynasty, the luxury and splendor of the tea style in the prosperous Tang Dynasty made future generations marvel at the breadth and depth of tea culture. This set of tea set provides us with precious material for the study of tea culture, which not only confirms each other with the Tea Sutra, but also completely shows the whole process of tea drinking and cooking in Tang Dynasty. This paper is a special study on the origin and development of tea set. Starting from the object unearthed in the underground palace, under the dual vision of famous objects and archaeology, combined with the way of drinking tea in the times, this paper explores the change of tea set system and the law behind the change. In the concrete method, starting with the literature discussion, combined with the unearthed physical investigation and the historical frescoes, painting materials and other materials, using a variety of textual research methods, try to restore the life details behind these historical famous objects. From the perspective of the changes of historical life to find the evolution of tea set system and species. The specific composition of tea set is determined, and the usage, system, evolution flow and details of each appliance are discussed respectively, and the usage and Rheological law of tea set are examined and studied.
