【摘要】：在当前的社会形势下,人民对于民主、公平、正义的呼声越来越高,只有以正确的权力观为导向,才能建立一个令人民满意和拥护的政府。我们国家已经在党的领导下经历了60多年的风风雨雨,从新中国诞生的千疮百孔,到现在社会主义现代化建设的蓬勃发展,中国的面貌发生翻天覆地的变化,一个很重要的原因就是党坚持以马克思主义权力观为指导。论文分为四部分：第一部分主要介绍了在当前社会形势下进行马克思主义权力观研究的目的和意义,指出了马克思主义权力观研究的必然性和重要性；第二部分主要阐述权力及权力观的内涵,并简单介绍了权力观发展及其主要的权力观思想,包括神权观、君权观、天赋人权观、人民权力观；第三部分介绍了马克思主义权力观的内涵及发展,重点概括了马克思主义权力观的基本思想,包括权力来源理论、权力主体理论、权力责任理论、权力服务理论和权力监督理论；第四部分着重探讨了马克思主义权力观的现实启示。在马克思主义权力观的指导下,从党、人民代表大会制度、领导干部、政府以及权力监督等不同角度阐述了马克思主义权力观对当代社会的启示,马克思主义权力观最终目的是使权力回归人民,使权力为人民服务。马克思主义权力观是一种先进的权力观,它将为人民服务作为权力行使的出发点和归宿,将人民的根本利益置于权力行使的最高点,保障权力为人民服务,是一种进步的权力理论。
[Abstract]:In the current social situation, the people's voice for democracy, fairness, justice is getting higher and higher, only with the correct view of power as the guide. Our country has been under the leadership of the Party for more than 60 years of ups and downs, from the birth of New China full of holes. With the vigorous development of the socialist modernization drive, the face of China has undergone earth-shaking changes. One of the important reasons is that the Party adheres to the Marxist view of power. The paper is divided into four parts: The first part mainly introduces the purpose and significance of the study of Marxist view of power under the current social situation, and points out the inevitability and importance of the study of Marxist view of power. The second part mainly expounds the connotation of power and power view, and briefly introduces the development of power view and its main views of power, including theocracy, monarchy, human rights, the people; The third part introduces the connotation and development of Marxist view of power, focusing on the basic ideas of Marxist view of power, including the theory of power source, the theory of power subject, the theory of power responsibility. Power service theory and power supervision theory; Part 4th focuses on the practical enlightenment of Marxist view of power. Under the guidance of Marxist view of power, from the party, the people's Congress system, leading cadres. This paper expounds the enlightenment of Marxist power view to contemporary society from different angles such as government and power supervision. The ultimate purpose of Marxist power view is to make power return to the people and make power serve the people. Marxist view of power is an advanced view of power, it will serve the people as the starting point and end-result of the exercise of power, put the people's fundamental interests at the highest point of the exercise of power, and ensure the power to serve the people.
