【摘要】：网络时代的到来向我们预示着“网络技术已经构成一个新的思想文化阵地和政治斗争阵地”，网络领域已成为各国思想意识形态互相争夺的新领域。在网络环境中，，新自由主义、新保守主义、网络恐怖主义等各种意识形态在网上相互激荡，伪马克思主义、非马克思主义乃至反马克思主义等各种社会思潮在网上泛滥，个人主义、功利主义、实用主义等不良思想在网上蔓延，与处于主流意识形态地位的马克思主义争夺话语权；网络以其开放性、自由性、虚拟性、多元性、平等性等特点，使公众在网络社会中的意见表达更自由化、情绪化和聚合化，造成人们信息选择和价值取向的多样和迷茫，我们在传统传媒中具有的话语权优势在很大程度上被削弱，导致人们思想意识多元化，形成非意识形态化的偏差思想、甚至产生反主流意识形态的错误思想；另一方面，西方资本主义国家更是借助网络实施更为隐蔽的“西化”和“分化”图谋。所有这些在很大程度上弱化了马克思主义意识形态在网络领域中的思想整合力，冲击了我国主流意识形态的导向力和控制力，威胁了马克思主义意识形态在网络领域中的指导地位。如何在这种话语权泛化的网络环境中保持马克思主义的主导地位和引导力、感染力、说服力、中坚力、控制力，空前地成为一个极具挑战性的现实课题。本文共分为五个部分，逐层展开。论文在阐明网络领域意识形态的本质、特点、规律和发展变化趋势的基础上，分析了网络领域意识形态工作面临的机遇与挑战，进而初步梳理了近年来网络领域意识形态工作的做法和成绩、以及目前所存在的主要问题，最后提出了加强马克思主义意识形态在网络领域中指导地位、改进网络意识形态工作的对策建议。本文的创新之处主要在于：一是将马克思主义理论的自身建设和网络领域意识形态宣传工作创新建设统一起来辩证思考。加强马克思主义意识形态在网络领域中的指导地位，首先需要积极推进马克思主义中国化、时代化、大众化进程，不断开辟中国特色社会主义理论体系的新境界，有效引导社会舆论，形成积极健康向上的思想舆论氛围，这是当前理论建设的重点，富有成效；而当前关于网络领域意识形态宣传工作的建设则是薄弱环节，所以本文着重探讨如何坚持社会主义先进文化前进方向，大力发展中国特色网络文化，构建具有中国特色的网络宣传体系，用科学思想和先进文化占领网上思想文化阵地。二是在与传统意识形态工作比较视野下，结合网络领域意识形态工作的技术特性，思考把握网络领域意识形态工作运行的内在规律、网络领域意识形态工作的主要功能和体制机制。
[Abstract]:The arrival of the network age indicates to us that "the network technology has formed a new ideological and cultural position and a political struggle position", and the network field has become a new field in which the ideology and ideology of all countries compete for each other. In the network environment, neoliberalism, Various ideologies, such as neoconservatism, cyberterrorism, and so on, are raging on the Internet, and various social trends of thought, such as pseudo-Marxism, non-Marxism and even anti-Marxism, are rampant on the Internet, individualism, utilitarianism, etc. Bad ideas such as pragmatism spread on the Internet and competed for the right to speak with Marxism, which is in the mainstream ideological position; the Internet is characterized by its openness, freedom, hypocrisy, pluralism, equality, and so on. To make public opinion expression in the network society more liberal, emotional and convergent, resulting in the diversity and confusion of people's information choice and value orientation, and weakening to a large extent our right of speech advantage in the traditional media. Leading to the diversification of people's ideological consciousness, the formation of non-ideological deviations, and even the emergence of erroneous ideas against mainstream ideologies; on the other hand, Western capitalist countries even use the network to carry out more covert "westernization" and "differentiation" schemes. All of these have greatly weakened the ideological integration of Marxist ideology in the network field. It impacts the guiding and controlling power of the mainstream ideology in our country, and threatens the guiding position of Marxist ideology in the network field. Appeal, persuasion, backbone, control, unprecedented has become a challenging reality. This paper is divided into five parts. On the basis of clarifying the nature, characteristics, laws and trends of the ideology in the network field, the paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by the ideological work in the field of network. Furthermore, the paper preliminarily combs the practice and achievements of ideological work in the field of network in recent years, as well as the main problems existing at present, and finally proposes to strengthen the guiding position of Marxist ideology in the field of network. Countermeasures and suggestions for improving the work of network ideology. The innovation of this paper mainly lies in the following aspects: first, the dialectical thinking is to unify the self-construction of Marxist theory and the innovation construction of ideological propaganda in the network field, and to strengthen the guiding position of Marxist ideology in the network field. First of all, we need to actively promote the process of Marxism in China, the times, the popular process, constantly open up a new realm of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, effectively guide public opinion, and form a positive, healthy and upward ideological and public opinion atmosphere. This is the focus of the current theoretical construction and fruitful, while the current construction of ideological propaganda in the field of network is a weak link, so this paper focuses on how to adhere to the direction of advanced socialist culture. We should vigorously develop the network culture with Chinese characteristics, construct a network propaganda system with Chinese characteristics, and occupy the ideological and cultural position on the Internet with scientific thought and advanced culture. Combined with the technical characteristics of the ideological work in the network field, this paper discusses and grasps the internal law of the ideological work in the network field, the main function and the system mechanism of the ideological work in the network field.
