【摘要】：毛泽东新民主主义文化观是毛泽东对中国古代传统文化、西方近代文化继承和吸收的基础上，在马克思主义理论的正确指导下，对中国近代文化问题深深思考与研究的历史性总结。它的形成与中国革命的历史进程密不可分，五四革命至大革命时期，毛泽东新民主主义文化观开始萌芽；土地革命时期，毛泽东新民主主义文化观形成并且得到了一定的发展；抗日战争时期，是毛泽东新民主主义文化观的一个重要时期，这一时期毛泽东新民主主义文化观正式形成并日益走向成熟；解放战争时期，毛泽东进一步发展了他的新民主主义文化观。毛泽东指出民族的、科学的、大众的文化就是新民主主义文化。民族性、科学性、大众性是新民主主义文化的重要性质。新民主主义革命时期产生的新民主主义文化是当时政治和经济发展的状况在文化方面的反映。它的出现对当时中国社会的发展和进步产生了重要影响。毛泽东新民主主义文化观是毛泽东思想的重要组成部分，是马克思主义普遍原理同中国新民主主义革命具体实际相结合的产物，是毛泽东同志对马克思列宁主义理论继承和发展的具体体现之一，同时也是毛泽东留给中国人民的宝贵的文化遗产和巨大的精神财富，在整个中国社会主义文化中占有重要的地位。本文通过对毛泽东新民主主义文化观的理论渊源、形成和发展阶段、基本内容以及重要意义等方面的探究和分析，，认知毛泽东新民主主义文化观对中国新民主主义革命时期文化发展以及党领导的新民主主义革命取得最终胜利的指导意义，对于当今我国社会主义文化发展和社会发展的现实意义。
