马克思恩格斯“城乡融合”思想视域下的当代中国城乡协调发展研究

【摘要】：长期以来，我国城乡经济社会发展形成了严重的二元结构。在这个结构下，城乡分割状况突出，城乡差距仍然很大，“三农”问题依然突出。城乡关系发展失衡是当前我国经济社会发展中最为突出的矛盾之一，已经制约了中国经济的可持续发展，威胁社会公正和农村稳定发展，甚至会削弱执政党的执政基础。统筹城乡协调发展是党中央在新的历史条件下科学判断形势，正确把握城乡发展关系作出的重大决策。本文通过对马克思恩格斯“城乡融合”思想的基本内容进行整理和研究，结合我国建国后城乡关系演变历程以及当前我国城乡关系现状和面临的主要问题，，论述了马克思恩格斯城乡融合思想对中国城乡协调发展的意义。正文分四部分内容：第一部分：论述了研究缘起，分析国内外研究现状，这部分是研究进行的基础和前提。阐述本文采用的研究方法以及本文的主要内容。第二部分：阐述马克思恩格斯“城乡融合”思想的科学内涵。这部分界定了马克思恩格斯“城乡融合”思想概念。通过对马克思、恩格斯相关著作文献中关于城乡关系的文本进行系统的梳理，论述马克思恩格斯“城乡融合”思想的基本内容，主要包括：城乡分离是生产力发展的必然趋势；城乡对立的条件和基础；城乡对立的影响；城乡融合的基本构想等。第三部分对中国建国后城乡关系的演变历程做了梳理，并分析当前中国城乡关系现状，重点阐述了城乡关系不协调的消极影响，包括制约中国经济可持续发展，威胁社会公正和农村社会稳定发展，削弱党执政社会基础。第四部分指出马克思恩格斯“城乡融合”思想对中国城乡协调发展的意义。包括正确认识处理城乡关系，明确实现城乡融合是一个长期的过程，进行制度安排实现城乡融合，实行工业反哺农业，城市带动农村，借助现代科技推动城乡协调发展等。
[Abstract]:For a long time, China's urban and rural economic and social development has formed two yuan structure serious. In this structure, urban-rural status prominent, is still a big gap between urban and rural areas, the "three rural" issues are still outstanding. The imbalance between urban and rural development is the relationship between China's economic and social development in one of the most prominent contradictions, has restricted the sustainable development of Chinese the threat of economic, social justice and stable development of rural areas, even weaken the ruling foundation of the ruling party. The fourth part points out that Marx Engels's "urban and rural integration theory significance for the coordinated development of urban and rural Chinese. Including correctly understand and handle the relationship between urban and rural areas, realize the integration of urban and rural areas is a long-term process of institutional arrangements to achieve the integration of urban and rural areas, the implementation of industry nurturing agriculture, promote rural city, with the help of modern science and technology to promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.
