社会视域下的“自由”新论

【摘要】："自由"是社会主义的价值本质和价值目标,意指"对必然的认识和对客观世界的改造"。作为社会主义核心价值观的"自由"是内在自由与外在自由的统一、形式自由与实质自由的统一、个人自由与社会自由的统一。自由与"自由主义"存在原则的界限,自律不意味着压缩自由,自由也绝不赞同任性。实现"自由"必须以尊重客观规律为前提,通过弄清事物发展的各种可能性实现选择自由;解放和发展生产力,通过提高经济实力和科技水平为更好地实现自由奠定物质基础;坚持"以人为本"和"法律面前人人平等",通过法治和民主政治制度保障人民的自由权利;重视教育,通过提高人民的文化素养、知识水平和创新能力创造实现自由的条件;解放思想、冲破教条主义的禁锢,通过具体的历史的社会实践实现自由。
[Abstract]:"Freedom" is the value essence and value goal of socialism, meaning "the understanding of necessity and the transformation of objective world". As the core value of socialism, "freedom" is the unity of inner freedom and extrinsic freedom. The unity of the freedom of form and the freedom of substance, the unity of freedom of individual and freedom of society, the boundary between freedom and the principle of existence of liberalism, self-discipline does not mean to compress freedom, Nor is freedom in any way in favour of arbitrariness. The realization of "freedom" must be based on respect for objective laws, the realization of freedom of choice by clarifying the possibilities of the development of things, and the emancipation and development of productive forces. To lay the material foundation for the better realization of freedom through the enhancement of economic strength and the level of science and technology; to uphold "people-centred" and "equality before the law"; to guarantee the free rights of the people through the rule of law and democratic political systems; and to attach importance to education, Through improving the people's cultural literacy, knowledge level and innovation ability to create the conditions to realize freedom, emancipate the mind, break through the shackles of dogmatism, and realize freedom through the concrete historical social practice.
