企业道德责任对和谐社会的积极作用研究

【摘要】：在社会主义和谐社会建设过程中，，企业对社会的发展有着重要的作用，针对目前有些企业行为的负面影响，有关企业道德责任的研究逐步引起了各个学术界的广泛争议。企业道德责任是指企业在生产经营及其他活动中所应该承担的对员工、客户、社会和环境保护等社会利益的责任和义务。这是由企业的性质，企业公民的角色和企业自身利益的需要决定的。和谐社会的基础是社会利益的协调，一部分是靠国家政府来协调和控制，另外相当程度上也要靠伦理道德来调整。企业掌握着巨大的人力资源和物质资源，企业道德的好坏直接反映了我们人类道德水平的高低，因此我国要想尽早实现和谐社会，必须重视企业的道德责任建设。企业作为社会中除政府外最有力的组织，应该为社会主义和谐社会的建设承担自身的责任，自觉调整自身经济利益，使之与社会整体利益相一致。本文在介绍构建和谐社会的相关概述后，通过对道德及企业道德责任含义的理解，概括了企业道德责任的内容，以企业承担道德责任对构建和谐社会的积极作用展开论述。全文分五个章节，具体内容如下：第一章为绪论，主要介绍本文的选题依据及意义，国内外对企业道德责任的研究现状以及本文的研究内容和研究方法。第二章是介绍和谐社会的概述和有关对企业道德责任的理解。理清道德的基本含义、道德对目前企业的作用及影响，概括出了道德和企业道德的相关概念及两者关系，给出了企业承担道德责任的基本内容。第三章通过对和谐社会本质的具体分析，具体论述了企业道德责任对和谐社会的积极作用。第四章主要是对目前我国企业道德责任在和谐社会背景下缺失的表现及其原因，进行了较全面的总结。总结出企业在生产经营中道德的缺失不仅有企业自身方面的因素，同时我国市场经济制度的不够完善、社会道德不良环境的影响也有着不可推卸的责任。第五章在分析了企业道德责任缺失的具体后果后，从企业的自身、法律制度、舆论作用以及社会价值四个方面展开论述，较为具体的提出了健全企业道德责任的有效途径。
[Abstract]:In the process of building a harmonious socialist society, enterprises play an important role in the development of society. The research on corporate moral responsibility has gradually aroused widespread controversy in various academic circles. Corporate moral responsibility refers to the employees and customers that an enterprise should undertake in its production, operation and other activities. The responsibilities and obligations of social interests, such as social and environmental protection, are determined by the nature of the enterprise, the role of corporate citizens and the needs of the enterprise's own interests. The foundation of a harmonious society is the coordination of social interests, Part of it is coordinated and controlled by the national government, and in addition, to a considerable extent, it has to be adjusted by ethics. Enterprises have huge human and material resources, and the quality of corporate morality directly reflects the level of our human morality. Therefore, if our country wants to realize the harmonious society as soon as possible, we must attach importance to the construction of the moral responsibility of the enterprise. As the most powerful organization besides the government in the society, the enterprise should bear its own responsibility for the construction of the socialist harmonious society. This paper introduces the related summary of constructing a harmonious society and summarizes the content of corporate moral responsibility through the understanding of the meaning of moral and corporate moral responsibility. This paper is divided into five chapters, the content of which is as follows:. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly introduces the basis and significance of this paper. The present situation of the research on corporate moral responsibility at home and abroad, as well as the research contents and research methods of this paper. The second chapter introduces the overview of harmonious society and the understanding of corporate moral responsibility, and clarifies the basic meaning of morality. The function and influence of morality on enterprises at present, the related concepts of morality and corporate morality and their relationship are summarized, and the basic contents of corporate moral responsibility are given. Chapter three analyzes the essence of harmonious society. The fourth chapter mainly discusses the performance and causes of the lack of corporate moral responsibility in the context of harmonious society. It concludes that the lack of morality in the production and management of enterprises has not only the factors of the enterprises themselves, but also the imperfect market economy system of our country. After analyzing the specific consequences of the lack of corporate moral responsibility, the fifth chapter discusses the enterprise itself, the legal system, the role of public opinion and social value. The effective ways to perfect the moral responsibility of enterprises are put forward in detail.
