马恩城乡融合理论视阈中农民工城市融入问题研究

【摘要】：农民工城市融入问题是我国在社会转型过程中出现的突出的社会问题。农民工长期不能融入城市,不利于我国城市化的有效推进,也不利于城市乃至整个社会的和谐与稳定。因此,有效促进农民工的城市融入十分必要和迫切。马克思恩格斯文本中蕴含着丰富的城乡融合理论,是指导当前我国农民工城市融入的理论武器。我国农民工融入城市的过程与城市和乡村的融合过程密不可分,是城乡融合的重要方面。本文从马克思主义理论的高度正确认识和探讨了促进农民工城市融入的路径。本文采取了文献研究和深度访谈相结合的方式,共分为五章。第一章为绪论,重点介绍了论文的选题背景、研究意义,国内外研究综述以及论文的研究方法和创新、不足之处；第二章,重点分析了马克思、恩格斯的城乡融合理论,指出城乡融合是一种不可逆转的历史趋势。同时,城乡融合也是我国国情的现实选择,农民工城市融入具有长期性和艰巨性；第三章,通过实地访谈和查阅资料重点从就业、生活、权益与保障和对城市的认同感四个方面来描述农民工城市融入难的表现；第四章,在描述表现的基础上分析了造成农民工融入城市困难的原因,农民工在城市存在制度因素的束缚、经济条件的阻隔、城乡文化的差异、农民工自身素质的制约；第五章,以马克思、恩格斯的城乡融合理论为指导,主要从农民工的身份融入、观念融入、心理融入和社会融入四个方面探究了在统筹城乡发展过程中促进农民工城市融入的有效路径。
[Abstract]:Migrant workers into the city is a prominent social problem in China in the process of social transformation. Migrant workers into the city not long, is not conducive to the effective promotion of city of China, is not conducive to the harmony and stability of the city and even the whole society. Therefore, the effective promotion of migrant workers into the city is very necessary and urgent.
Marx Engels text contains the theory of urban-rural integration, is the guiding theory of China's weapons of migrant workers into the city. The integration process of China's migrant workers into the city and city and country are inseparable, is an important aspect of urban and rural integration. From the height of the correct understanding of Marx's Theory and discusses the path of promoting the migrant workers into the city.
This paper adopts literature research and interviews combination, is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background, research significance, deficiency of domestic and foreign research review and research methods and innovation points; the second chapter focuses on the analysis of Marx, Engels's theory of integration of urban and rural areas. Pointed out that the integration of urban and rural is an irreversible historical trend. At the same time, the realistic choice is the integration of urban and rural areas in our country, migrant workers into the city with a long and arduous; the third chapter, through on-the-spot investigation and access to information from the focus of employment, life, and protection of rights and interests of city identity four aspects to describe the difficult the performance of migrant workers into the city; the fourth chapter, based on the description of the analysis of the cause of migrant workers into the city difficult reason, migrant workers in the city are bound to institutional factors, economic The barrier, the differences between urban and rural culture, restricting the quality of migrant workers; the fifth chapter, by Marx Engels, the urban-rural integration theory, mainly from the identity of migrant workers into the concept of integration, psychological, and social integration into four aspects, explores the effective way to promote migrant workers into the city in the rural development process.
