【摘要】：自古以来,人们从没有放弃过对正义这一价值目标的追求,而且我们党和政府也一直坚持这一政治主张。如果正义的准则在社会的发展过程中被给予高度的重视和良好的实施,实现社会正义的实现将不再是难题,整个社会的和谐程度将会得到很大的提升,人与人之间、集团与集团之间的利益矛盾就会减少,社会发展带来的利益就会普及到更多的人,社会也会更加的和谐、更加有凝聚力,就更加有利于社会的发展和进步。目前,我国经济和社会的发展都处在迅速发展和上升的时期,各种社会矛盾都凸现了出来,用马克思正义观来指导社会主义建设中存在的各种问题是党执政为民的体现也是社会发展的要求,只有实现社会正义才能真正体现社会主义的优越性,建立起真正的符合多数人价值趋向的和谐社会。本文从马克思正义观产生的时代背景和理论渊源入手,马克思通过对自然法学派、德国近代法哲学和空想社会主义劳动分配的正义理论的批判、继承和发展,为自己的正义观的形成奠定了理论基础。第二部分着重论述马克思正义观的内容和主要特点,通过研究马克思正义观的基本内容和主要特点来对马克思主义正义视域下的问题进行较为全面的分析。第三部分探讨马克思正义观的当代意义,包括阐述正义是社会发展的价值基础、论述马克思正义观对我国建设社会主义和谐社会的指导意义。本文重点论述马克思正义观的当代意义。
[Abstract]:Since ancient times, people have never given up the pursuit of the value goal of justice, and our party and government have always adhered to this political proposition. The realization of social justice will no longer be a difficult problem. The harmony of the whole society will be greatly enhanced. The conflicts of interests among people, groups and groups will be reduced, and the benefits brought by social development will be popularized to more people. Society will also be more harmonious and cohesive, which will be more conducive to the development and progress of society. At present, the economic and social development of our country is in a period of rapid development and rising, and all kinds of social contradictions have emerged. The problems existing in the socialist construction guided by Marx's view of justice are the embodiment of the Party's ruling for the people and the requirement of social development. Only the realization of social justice can truly embody the superiority of socialism. To establish a harmonious society that conforms to the trend of majority value. This paper begins with the historical background and theoretical origin of Marx's view of justice, and through the analysis of the school of natural law, The criticism, inheritance and development of the justice theory of German modern legal philosophy and utopian socialist labor distribution have laid a theoretical foundation for the formation of their own view of justice. The second part focuses on the content and main characteristics of Marx's view of justice. By studying the basic contents and main characteristics of Marx's view of justice, this paper makes a more comprehensive analysis of the problems in the perspective of Marxist justice. The third part discusses the contemporary significance of Marxist view of justice. This paper expounds that justice is the value foundation of social development, and expounds the guiding significance of Marx's view of justice to the construction of socialist harmonious society in our country, and this article focuses on the contemporary significance of Marx's view of justice.
