【摘要】：毛泽东是中国共产党历史上伟大的革命家、战略家和理论家，，是新中国的缔造者。他为中国共产党和中国人民解放军的成立和发展做出了不可磨灭的功勋。毛泽东群众观是马克思主义和中西方进步思想的传播中，在中国民本思想的基础上，历经萌芽、发展、成熟和反思四个阶段而逐步形成和完善的。面对当前改革过程中实际存在的有脱离群众倾向的问题，党和国家亟需重新研究我党在历史上形成的良好的思想理论和工作方法，以此来解决现实中的重大问题。而毛泽东群众观的形成过程就是中国共产党重视人民群众、依靠人民群众不断深入人心的过程，也是我党形成优良作风和政治认同的过程。正是在这一思想的指导下，中国共产党带领人民群众取得了新民主主义革命、社会主义革命和建设的胜利，实现了中国历史上最伟大的变革。所以，在新时期继续研究这一革命历史时期形成的政治观，对于改进党的作风、克服腐败、缓解社会矛盾和构建和谐社会，以及建设“美丽中国”和实现“中国梦”具有重要的启示意义。
[Abstract]:Mao Zedong is a great revolutionary, strategist and theorist in the history of the Communist Party of China.He made indelible contributions to the establishment and development of the Communist Party of China and the Chinese people's Liberation Army.Mao Zedong's mass view was gradually formed and perfected in the spread of Marxism and Chinese and Western progressive thoughts, on the basis of Chinese people-oriented thought, after four stages: germination, development, maturity and reflection.In the face of the problem of deviating from the masses in the current reform process, it is urgent for the Party and the country to re-study the good ideological theories and working methods formed by our Party in history in order to solve the major problems in reality.The forming process of Mao Zedong's view of the masses is the process of the Communist Party of China paying attention to the masses and relying on the masses to be deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. It is also the process of forming our party's fine style of work and political identity.It was under the guidance of this thought that the Communist Party of China led the people to the victory of the new democratic revolution, the socialist revolution and the construction, and realized the greatest change in the history of China.Therefore, to continue to study the political outlook formed in this revolutionary historical period in the new period, to improve the Party's style of work, to overcome corruption, to alleviate social contradictions and to build a harmonious society,And the construction of "beautiful China" and the realization of "Chinese Dream" have important enlightenment significance.
