【摘要】：马克思主义群众观点是无产阶级政党关于正确认识人民群众地位及作用、科学处理与人民群众关系的根本观点和总的看法。马克思主义群众观点是践行中国共产党的宗旨、党的理想及信仰的源泉。中国共产党生存、发展与壮大的根本原因就在于以马克思主义群众观点为指导,始终坚持人民群众创造历史的唯物史观,不断贯彻“从群众中来,到群众中去”的群众路线。本文对马克思主义群众观点与新时期的群众工作创新研究作了一定探索,文章首先简述了马克思主义群众观点的基本内容,力求用马克思主义的群众观点指导新时期的群众工作；其次阐述了新时期加强群众工作的重要意义；再次分析了新时期群众工作存在的主要问题；最后探索了创新新时期群众工作的途径和方法。本文由绪论和正文两部分组成,正文包括四大部分：第一部分：马克思主义群众观点的基本内容。该部分主要阐释了人民群众的内涵、人民群众在历史活动中的作用和人民群众与无产阶级政党的相互关系。这一部分是全文的理论基础和理论支撑。第二部分：新时期加强群众工作的重要意义。该部分主要分析了做好群众工作对巩固党的执政地位的重要意义以及加强群众工作对当前构建社会主义和谐社会的现实意义。第三部分：新时期群众工作所面临的主要问题。该部分分析了新时期群众工作面临的主要问题,包括以下几个方面：社会阶层分化及社会矛盾复杂化；党的群众工作方法不得当；党的领导干部作风不端正；党的群众工作机制不健全。第四部分：创新新时期群众工作的途径与方法。主要从四个方面展开论述：首先,要努力协调人民利益矛盾、着手解决民生问题；其次,党员干部要掌握有效的群众工作方法；再次,要切实加强领导干部作风建设；最后,要建立健全群众工作的有效机制。
[Abstract]:Marxist mass viewpoint is the basic view and general view of the proletarian party on correctly understanding the position and function of the people and dealing scientifically with the relationship with the masses. The Marxist mass view is the source of the Party's ideals and beliefs in carrying out the purpose of the Communist Party of China. The fundamental reason for the Communist Party of China to survive, develop and strengthen lies in the Marxist mass viewpoint, the historical materialism that the masses create and the mass line of "coming from the masses and going to the masses". This paper explores the Marxist view of the masses and the study of the innovation of the mass work in the new period. The article first briefly describes the basic contents of the Marxist view of the masses. It tries to guide the mass work in the new period with the Marxist view of the masses; secondly, it expounds the importance of strengthening the mass work in the new period, and then analyzes the main problems existing in the mass work in the new period. Finally, it explores the ways and methods of innovating the mass work in the new period. This paper is composed of two parts: introduction and text. The text consists of four parts: The first part: the basic content of Marxist mass viewpoint. This part mainly explains the connotation of the masses, the role of the masses in the historical activities and the relationship between the masses and the proletarian political parties. This part is the theoretical basis and theoretical support. The second part: the importance of strengthening mass work in the new period. This part mainly analyzes the importance of doing mass work well to consolidate the ruling position of the Party and the realistic significance of strengthening mass work to the construction of socialist harmonious society at present. The third part: the main problems faced by the mass work in the new period. This part analyzes the main problems facing the mass work in the new period, including the following aspects: the social stratum differentiation and social contradictions are complicated, the Party's mass work methods are not appropriate, the Party's leading cadres' style of work is not correct, and the Party's leading cadres' style of work is not correct. The mass work mechanism of the Party is not perfect. The fourth part: the way and method of innovating the mass work in the new period. It is mainly discussed from four aspects: first, to coordinate the contradictions of the people's interests and begin to solve the livelihood problems; secondly, to master effective mass work methods for party members and cadres; thirdly, to strengthen the construction of leading cadres' style of work; and, finally, to strengthen the construction of leading cadres' style of work. It is necessary to establish and improve an effective mechanism for mass work.
