浅议十八大以来党的执政能力建设新举措

【摘要】：十八大以来,以习近平为总书记的党中央牢牢抓住党的执政能力建设这条主线,切实采取新举措,党的建设呈现出前所未有的新气象。主要表现在:出台八项规定进一步彰显党在新时期的执政理念,以党的群众路线教育实践活动为契机努力夯实党的执政基础,以推进国家治理为切入点充分利用党的执政资源,以加强党的制度建设为突破口不断完善党的执政方式,提出"四个全面"清晰折射出党在新时期的执政方略。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, the CPC Central Committee, with Xi Jinping as its general secretary, has firmly grasped the main line of the Party's ability to govern, and has taken effective new measures, and the party building has shown an unprecedented new atmosphere. The main manifestations are: the introduction of eight regulations to further highlight the Party's ruling concept in the new period, to take the Party's mass line education practice as an opportunity to consolidate the Party's ruling foundation, and to make full use of the Party's ruling resources through the promotion of national governance. Taking the strengthening of the Party's system construction as the breakthrough point, the Party's ruling mode is constantly improved, and the "four all-round" is put forward clearly reflecting the Party's ruling strategy in the new period.
