马克思恩格斯农业合作思想中的政治观研究

【摘要】：党和国家一向十分重视农业的发展问题，特别是2013年中央一号文件首次提出要将“家庭农场”作为新型农业经营的主体，鼓励和支持由原有的家庭联产承包责任制向专业大户、家庭农场、农民专业合作社流转。追根溯源，从马克思主义经典作家的农业合作思想中的政治观来看，马克思主义合作思想更多的是为了满足社会政治改革的需要而成为一种社会变革的形式和手段，同时，它的经济作用则依附于其政治作用之上。从中国农业发展的现状说明，新型农民合作经济组织具有更多的经济功能，但并不意味着其政治功能的消失，经济功能只可能是政治功能的具体体现，并逐步由经济功能向政治功能渗透。本文章由四个部分组成，，第一部分主要说明马克思恩格斯农业合作思想产生的具体条件及历史价值，对马克思恩格斯合作思想产生的大背景进行了交代，并指出其重要的历史地位。第二部分界定了相关概念的含义，并阐述了马克思恩格斯合作思想中具体的政治观念，对马克思恩格斯合作思想中共同的政治观念进行了梳理，指出其中的基本原则。第三部分主要谈到后人对马克思恩格斯合作思想中政治观念的继承和发展，主要论述列宁、斯大林的农业合作思想以及马克思主义合作思想在我国农业发展方面的具体实践。第四部分概述了马克思恩格斯农业合作思想中的政治观念对我国当前农业发展的现实价值。因此，本文试图重温马克思主义经典作家农业合作思想中的政治观点，探究其对于发展中国特色社会主义农业的重要意义，这也是马克思恩格斯作农业合作思想中政治观念的当代价值所在。
[Abstract]:The Party and the state have always attached great importance to the development of agriculture. From the current situation of China's agricultural development, the new peasant cooperative economic organization has more economic functions, but it does not mean the disappearance of its political function, the economic function can only be a concrete embodiment of the political function. And gradually from the economic function to the political function infiltration. This article is composed of four parts. The first part mainly explains the concrete conditions and historical value of Marx and Engels' agricultural cooperation thought, and gives an account of the background of Marx and Engels' thought of agricultural cooperation. And points out its important historical position. The second part defines the meaning of the related concepts, expounds the concrete political ideas in Marx and Engels' cooperative thought, combs the common political ideas in Marx and Engels' cooperative thought, and points out the basic principles. The third part mainly discusses the inheritance and development of the political concept in Marx and Engels' cooperation thought, mainly discusses Lenin, Stalin's agricultural cooperation thought and the concrete practice of Marxism cooperation thought in the agricultural development of our country. The fourth part summarizes the realistic value of the political ideas in Marx and Engels' agricultural cooperation thought to the current agricultural development of our country. Therefore, this paper attempts to review the political point of view in the agricultural cooperation thought of the classical Marxist writers, and to explore its important significance for the development of socialist agriculture with Chinese characteristics. This is also the contemporary value of political ideas in Marx and Engels' thought of agricultural cooperation.
