【摘要】：正1910年代,政党政治和宪政运动兴起,这些与旧时代有着千丝万缕联系的各路精英,意识到需要建立新的权力架构与合作模式。引言一切坚固的东西都烟消云散了,一切神圣的东西都被亵渎了,人们终于不得不冷静地直面他们生活的真实状况和他们的相互关系。马克思的这段话语,还原了19世纪欧洲人的精神世界,工业革命与资本主义结合彻底地颠覆了旧欧洲封建体系,也使得民族国家化的新欧洲成为现代世界
[Abstract]:In 1910's, the political party and the constitutional movement rose. These elites, who were inextricably linked with the old era, realized the need to establish a new power structure and cooperation model. It is said that all the strong things are gone, all the sacred things have been desecrated, and people have to face the truth of their lives and their relations calmly. Marx's words have restored the spiritual world of the European people in the 19th century. The combination of the industrial revolution and capitalism has completely overturned the old European feudal system, and also made the new Europe of national nationalism a modern world.
