【摘要】：马克思主义的群众观点贯穿了整个马克思主义理论的各个方面,并且成为其各个理论的一个重要的逻辑支撑点,它的生命力是永远的。群众观点与群众路线都是关系重大的、具有根本性质的问题,是中国共产党一直以来的根本路线。中国共产党90年风雨始终坚持以马克思主义的群众观为指导,结合中国的实际情况,形成了一套具有中国特色的群众观理论体系。邓小平的人民群众观是在继承马克思主义群众观和毛泽东群众观的基础上,结合在社会主义建设中遇到的实际问题,提出具有鲜明时代特色的人民群众观。他不仅丰富了“人民群众”的范畴,更是进一步深化了新时期对群众工作特点的认识,形成了新时期党的群众工作路线。当前,党群关系、干群关系中存在一些不和谐的问题,基本原因就在于我们党的一些党员、领导干部淡忘了马克思主义的群众观,淡忘了我党全心全意为人民服务的宗旨,淡忘了党的群众路线。脱离群众,不尊重群众利益的现象屡有发生,引起了人民群众强烈的不满。在全面构建社会主义和谐社会的今天,学习和研究邓小平的人民群众观,对巩固党的执政地位、推进社会主义现代化建设具有十分重要的指导意义。论文的主体包括以下四个部分：第一部分,引言。引言部分交代了选题的来源和研究意义,分析了邓小平人民群众观的国内外研究现状,阐述了本文的研究思路、研究方法和创新点,以及在写作过程中总结的重点和难点。第二部分,是对邓小平人民群众观的形成进行阐述,从理论来源、.实践基础和苏东剧变这个外因来分析邓小平人民群众观形成的基础。从历史进程的角度阐释了邓小平人民群众观形成的过程。第三部分,邓小平人民群众观的主要内容和特点。这部分是本文的重点部分,详细阐述了邓小平人民群众观的主要内容,并总结出邓小平人民群众观的历史性、伦理性、实践性和发展性的特点。第四部分,从理论和实践两个方面论述了邓小平人民群众观的重要意义。第五部分为文章的结语部分。
[Abstract]:The viewpoint of the masses of Marxism runs through all aspects of Marxist theory and becomes an important logical support point of each theory, and its vitality is forever. The view of the masses and the line of the masses are of great importance and have a fundamental nature, which has always been the basic line of the Communist Party of China. Under the guidance of Marxist view of the masses and the actual situation of China, the Communist Party of China has formed a set of theoretical system of the view of the masses with Chinese characteristics. Deng Xiaoping's view of the masses of the people is based on inheriting the Marxist view of the masses and the view of the masses of Mao Zedong, combined with the actual problems encountered in the socialist construction, and puts forward the concept of the masses with distinctive characteristics of the times. He not only enriched the category of the "masses of the people", but also further deepened the understanding of the characteristics of mass work in the new period, and formed the party's mass work line in the new period. At present, there are some disharmonious problems in the relations between the party and the masses and the cadres and the masses. The basic reason lies in the fact that some Party members and leading cadres have forgotten the Marxist view of the masses, our party's purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly, and the Party's mass line. Divorced from the masses, disrespect for the interests of the masses has occurred repeatedly, causing strong dissatisfaction among the masses. Today, when we are building a harmonious socialist society in an all-round way, we should study and study the concept of the masses of the people of Deng Xiaoping to consolidate the ruling position of the Party. The main body of the thesis includes the following four parts: the first part, the introduction. The preface explains the origin and significance of the topic, analyzes the domestic and foreign research status of Deng Xiaoping people's view of the masses, and expounds the research ideas, research methods and innovation points of this paper. The second part is to expound the formation of the people's view of Deng Xiaoping from the theoretical source. The practical basis and the external cause of the drastic changes in the Soviet Union and East Europe are used to analyze the foundation of the formation of the Deng Xiaoping people's view of the masses. This paper expounds the forming process of Deng Xiaoping's view of the masses from the angle of historical process. The third part, the main contents and characteristics of Deng Xiaoping's view of the masses. This part is the key part of this paper, elaborated the main content of the Deng Xiaoping people's mass view, and summarized the historical, ethical, practical and developmental characteristics of the Deng Xiaoping people's mass view. This paper discusses the significance of Deng Xiaoping's view of the masses from two aspects of theory and practice. The fifth part is the conclusion of the article.
