邓小平民生思想探析

【摘要】： 民生问题不仅仅是一个关系执政党执政地位能否稳固的政治问题,关系社会稳定和谐的社会问题,更是一个关系广大人民群众生存和发展的问题。邓小平的民生思想是在科学把握中国国情的基础上,围绕当时的民生问题而提出的一系列理论观点的总和。它是邓小平理论的重要组成部分,也是马克思主义民生思想在新的历史条件下的继承与发展。在解决当时中国各种民生问题的具体实践中,它发挥了极大的、积极有效的指导作用。系统探析邓小平的民生思想,可以为马克思主义民生思想研究的拓展提供素材,可以为现阶段所面临的民生问题的把握和正确处理,以及社会主义和谐社会建设的顺利推进提供一定的思路和方法,从而具有重要的现实意义。本文从揭示邓小平民生思想的内涵入手,围绕其形成的理论来源、现实条件、主要内容等展开探析,力图在已有研究成果的基础之上,止确、全面地把握邓小平民生思想,并得出重要启示,以为促进现阶段我国所面临的民生问题的顺利解决提供一定的借鉴。全文由四个部分组成：第一部分：邓小平民生思想的内涵及研究的意义。包括两个方面的内容,首先主要论述民生、民生思想及邓小平民生思想的内涵。其次主要从理论和实践两个方面揭示研究邓小平民生思想的意义。此部分内容既是本文的奠基,也是研究的切入点。第二部分：邓小平民生思想的形成基础。这一部分从邓小平民生思想形成的理论来源和现实条件两个视角着手研究其形成的基础。其理论来源包括马克思主义民生思想、毛泽东的民生思想以及传统民生思想中的有益成果；现实条件包括对我国国内发展环境的正确判断、对我国社会发展阶段的科学界定以及对我国当时民生问题的准确把握。此部分内容是本文研究的铺垫。第三部分：邓小平民生思想的主要内容。包括两个方面的内容,首先从实现社会主义社会生产目的的必然要求,体现社会主义优越性的必然要求和维护中国共产党执政地位的必然要求揭示高度重视民生的重要地位。其次从改善民生的主要任务、改善民生的战略安排、改善民生的主体诉求和改善民生的主要途径等四个方面揭示着力改善民生的具体要求。此部分内容是本文研究的重点。第四部分：邓小平民生思想的重要启示。这一部分主要从民生问题是社会主义的核心价值取向；民生问题的解决依赖于经济社会各方面的协调发展：民生问题的解决有助于党执政地位的巩固等三个方面得出邓小平民生思想研究的重要启示。此部分内容是本文研究的落脚点。
[Abstract]:The issue of people's livelihood is not only a political issue related to the ruling position of the ruling party, but also a social problem related to the stability and harmony of the society, as well as to the survival and development of the broad masses of the people. Deng Xiaoping's thought of people's livelihood is the summation of a series of theoretical viewpoints based on the scientific understanding of China's national conditions and around the livelihood of the people at that time. It is an important part of Deng Xiaoping theory and the inheritance and development of Marxist thought of people's livelihood under the new historical conditions. In the concrete practice of solving various livelihood problems in China at that time, it played a great, active and effective guiding role. A systematic analysis of Deng Xiaoping's thought of people's livelihood can provide material for the development of Marxist thought on people's livelihood, and can be used to grasp and correctly deal with the problems of people's livelihood faced at the present stage. And the construction of a harmonious socialist society provides certain ideas and methods, which has important practical significance. This paper starts with revealing the connotation of Deng Xiaoping people's livelihood thought, around its theoretical source, realistic conditions, On the basis of the existing research results, the author tries to grasp the livelihood of Deng Xiaoping in a comprehensive way, and draw some important enlightenment. In order to promote the current stage of the smooth solution of livelihood problems faced by our country to provide certain reference. The thesis consists of four parts: the first part: the connotation and significance of Deng Xiaoping's livelihood thought. Including two aspects of the content, first of all mainly discusses the people's livelihood, the people's livelihood thought and the connotation of Deng Xiaoping livelihood thought. Secondly, it reveals the significance of studying Deng Xiaoping's livelihood thoughts from two aspects: theory and practice. This part is not only the foundation of this paper, but also the starting point of the study. Part two: the foundation of Deng Xiaoping's livelihood thought. This part studies the foundation of the formation of Deng Xiaoping's livelihood thought from the perspectives of its theoretical source and realistic conditions. Its theoretical sources include Marxist thought on people's livelihood, Mao Zedong's thought on people's livelihood and beneficial results in traditional thought of people's livelihood. The scientific definition of the stage of social development in China and the accurate understanding of the livelihood problems at that time. The third part: the main content of Deng Xiaoping people's livelihood thought. It includes two aspects. First of all, it reveals the importance of attaching great importance to the people's livelihood from the inevitable requirements of realizing the productive purpose of socialist society, the inevitable requirement of embodying the superiority of socialism and the inevitable requirement of maintaining the ruling position of the Communist Party of China. Secondly, it reveals the specific requirements of improving people's livelihood from four aspects: the main task of improving people's livelihood, the strategic arrangement of improving people's livelihood, the main demands of improving people's livelihood and the main ways of improving people's livelihood. This part is the focus of this study. Part four: the important enlightenment of Deng Xiaoping people's livelihood thought. This part mainly from the livelihood of the people is the core value orientation of socialism; The solution of livelihood problems depends on the coordinated development of all aspects of economy and society: the solution of livelihood problems helps the consolidation of the ruling position of the Party, and draws the important enlightenment of the study of Deng Xiaoping's livelihood thought. This part is the foothold of this paper.
