【摘要】：中国特色社会主义正义观是马克思主义与中国具体国情相结合的产物，是中国共产党人在探索中国社会主义建设道路上不断实践和总结的结晶，是对马克思正义观的理论上的继承和实践上的升华。改革开放30多年来，，中国特色社会主义正义观取得了巨大的成就。然而，由于历史和现实的各种复杂因素的制约和影响，正处于转型期的我国在社会主义正义观的理论发掘和社会实践方面还存在很多问题，亟需进一步的发展和完善。因此，研究中国特色社会主义正义观具有重要的理论价值与实践意义。 本论文分四章，系统论述了中国特色社会主义正义观的理论内涵、基本内容、以及我们面临的现实挑战以及路径选择。 第一章从正义的概念界定开始，评述关于“正义”的各种观点，着重梳理马克思的正义观。在批判地借鉴前人研究成果的基础上，马克思的思想中凝聚着具有鲜明的社会主义特色的正义观：即“人的观点”的正义观念、“历史观点”的正义原则、“社会观点”的正义理论、“实践观点”正义理想四位一体的正义观。本章最后对马克思主义正义观在社会主义国家实践进行了分析。 第二章重点阐述中国特色社会主义正义观的基本内容。对中国特色社会主义正义观的本质属性进行系统的分析，指出中国特色社会主义正义观应当以马克思主义的基本原理为依据，结合我国经济社会建设经验，不断地发展完善，因此社会主义的正义观是一个适应实践发展的动态过程。 第三章详细分析中国特色社会主义正义观面临的挑战，包括了国内与国外两方面。从国内情况来说，中国社会转型是中国社会发展不可回避的现实问题，这是中国社会发展由量变向质变升华必须经历的社会发展阶段。在社会发展的急剧转型时期，各类社会矛盾和利益冲突频繁爆发。从国际情况来说，西方国家的新自由主义对中国社会的影响和冲击很大。因此，寻找中国特色社会主义正义观现实困境的根源，必须回到中国的现实国情中去。 第四章为中国特色社会主义正义观的完善路径研究。我国经济、社会的可持续发展必须坚持以正确的中国特色社会主义正义观为指导思想，不断的发展和完善其理论，在继续解放和发展生产力的同时，加大体制内正义的改革力度，并将正义向民生等重点领域推进，促使中国特色社会主义正义观能够保持旺盛生命力，丰富中国特色社会主义理论体系，并为我们的复兴强国之路提供理论支撑。
[Abstract]:The concept of justice in socialism with Chinese characteristics is the product of the combination of Marxism and China's specific national conditions, and the crystallization of the continuous practice and summary of the Chinese Communists in exploring the road of China's socialist construction. It is the theoretical inheritance and practical sublimation of Marx's view of justice. Since the reform and opening up more than 30 years ago, the justice view of socialism with Chinese characteristics has made great achievements. However, due to the restriction and influence of various complicated factors in history and reality, there are still many problems in the theoretical exploration and social practice of socialist justice in our country in the transition period, which need to be further developed and perfected. Therefore, the study of socialist justice with Chinese characteristics has important theoretical value and practical significance. This paper is divided into four chapters, systematically discusses the theoretical connotation, basic content, realistic challenge and path choice of the concept of justice of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The first chapter begins with the definition of the concept of justice, comments on various viewpoints about justice, and emphatically combs Marx's view of justice. On the basis of critically drawing lessons from the previous research achievements, Marx's thought condenses the justice view with distinct socialist characteristics: the justice concept of "man's viewpoint", the justice principle of "historical viewpoint", The justice theory of "social viewpoint" and the view of justice of the ideal of justice in practice. At the end of this chapter, the author analyzes the practice of Marxist view of justice in socialist countries. The second chapter focuses on the basic content of the concept of justice of socialism with Chinese characteristics. This paper makes a systematic analysis of the essential attributes of the concept of justice in socialism with Chinese characteristics, and points out that the view of justice with Chinese characteristics should be continuously developed and perfected on the basis of the basic principles of Marxism and combined with the experience of economic and social construction in China. Therefore, the socialist view of justice is a dynamic process adapted to the development of practice. The third chapter analyzes the challenges to the concept of justice with Chinese characteristics in detail, including domestic and foreign aspects. From the point of view of the domestic situation, the social transformation of China is an unavoidable realistic problem in China's social development, which is the stage of social development which must be experienced from quantitative change to qualitative change and sublimation in China's social development. In the period of rapid transformation of social development, various kinds of social contradictions and conflicts of interest frequently erupt. From the international situation, Western neoliberalism has a great impact on Chinese society. Therefore, to find the root of the realistic predicament of socialist justice with Chinese characteristics, we must return to the reality of China. The fourth chapter is the research on the perfect path of the justice view of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The sustainable development of our economy and society must adhere to the correct concept of socialist justice with Chinese characteristics as the guiding ideology, constantly develop and improve its theory, while continuing to liberate and develop the productive forces, To intensify the reform of justice within the system and to push justice to key areas such as the people's livelihood, so that the concept of justice with Chinese characteristics can maintain its vitality and enrich the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, It also provides theoretical support for our road of rejuvenating a powerful country.
