【摘要】：中国共产党的责任意识是党在长期的实践过程中形成和发展起来的关于党的责任的基本观点和看法。中国共产党自成立之日起,就牢牢的树立起了对国家、民族、人民负责任的态度,以实事求是的态度和严格的标准来要求自己。中国共产党领导人民战胜各种艰难险阻,取得了新民主主义革命的胜利,实现了民族独立和人民解放;领导人民建立起社会主义制度,进行社会主义现代化建设,1978年以来走上了改革开放的道路,不断推动国家走向富强、人民实现共同富裕,取得了令世人瞩目的成就。十八大以来,以习近平总书记为核心的中共中央更加自觉地担负起自身所应承担的重大历史责任。实践证明,责任意识是党能够肩负起历史使命、保障党员不变质、保障党永葆先进性和生命力的关键所在。在新的时期,面临着新的任务和新的形势,必须牢固树立起责任意识。因此,研究十八大以来中国共产党责任意识具有非常重要的意义。十八大以来中国共产党的责任意识是立足于当今复杂的国际国内背景下继承前人成果的基础上形成的。国际形势复杂多变,中国正处于改革的攻坚期和深水区,并逐步从大国走向强国,我们党的建设面临着“四大考验”、“四种危险”,这些都对中国共产党增强责任意识提出了要求。马克思主义关于无产阶级政党历史责任的思想、中国传统的责任思想、中国共产党自成立以来强烈的责任意识等都为十八大以来中国共产党责任意识提供了理论来源。十八大以来以习近平总书记为核心的中共中央全面阐述了对民族、对人民、对党自身及世界所应担负的历史责任。对民族的责任就是要实现中华民族的伟大复兴;对人民的责任就是带领人民过上美好的生活,实现共同富裕;对党自身的责任就是坚持党要管党,从严治党,使党始终成为中国特色社会主义事业的坚强领导核心;对世界的责任就是尽中国的力量维护世界和平,促进共同发展。这体现了中国共产党为国为民为党高度的历史责任感,直面现实,勇于担当,攻坚克难,勇往直前,脚踏实地,努力践行自身所肩负的历史责任。十八大以来中国共产党责任意识具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。它丰富和发展了马克思主义责任思想,践行这一责任意识取得了巨大成绩,我们要以党的责任意识为引领,推动全党自觉地担当起应有责任。推动改革与发展,担当起实现中华民族伟大复兴的重任;坚定不移地走共同富裕的道路,担当起对人民的责任;全面从严治党,把党建设好;打造人类命运共同体,积极推进世界和平与发展。
[Abstract]:The responsibility consciousness of the Communist Party of China is the basic viewpoint and view of the Party's responsibility formed and developed in the long practice process. Since its founding, the Communist Party of China has firmly established a responsible attitude towards the state, nation, and people, demanding itself by seeking truth from facts and strict standards. The Communist Party of China has led the people to overcome all difficulties and obstacles, have achieved victory in the new-democratic revolution, have achieved national independence and people's liberation, and have led the people to establish a socialist system. Since 1978, the socialist modernization drive has embarked on the road of reform and opening to the outside world. It has continuously promoted the country to become rich and strong, and the people have achieved common prosperity and achieved remarkable achievements. Since the 18th National Congress, the CPC Central Committee, with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core, has more consciously shouldered its own major historical responsibility. Practice has proved that the sense of responsibility is the key for the Party to shoulder the historical mission, to ensure that the Party members will not deteriorate, and to ensure that the Party will always maintain its advanced nature and vitality. In the new period, faced with new tasks and new situations, we must firmly establish a sense of responsibility. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the CPC's sense of responsibility since the 18th CPC National Congress. Since the 18th CPC Congress, the responsibility consciousness of CPC has been formed on the basis of inheriting the achievements of predecessors under the complicated international and domestic background. The international situation is complex and changeable, and China is in the period of reform and deep water areas, and is gradually moving from a big country to a powerful country. Our party building is faced with the "four major tests" and "four kinds of dangers." These all to the Communist Party of China strengthens the responsibility consciousness to put forward the request. Marxist thoughts on the historical responsibility of proletarian political parties, traditional Chinese responsibility thoughts and the strong sense of responsibility of the Communist Party of China since its establishment have all provided a theoretical source for the CPC's sense of responsibility since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Since the 18th National Congress, the CPC Central Committee, with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core, has comprehensively expounded its historical responsibility to the nation, to the people, to the Party itself and to the world. The responsibility to the nation is to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation; the responsibility to the people is to lead the people to lead a good life and to achieve common prosperity; and the responsibility to the Party itself is to insist on the Party's management and strict administration of the Party. The Party has always been the core of the strong leadership of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and its responsibility to the world is to do its utmost to safeguard world peace and promote common development. This reflects the Communist Party of China's high sense of historical responsibility for the country for the people, to face reality, to bear the responsibility, to overcome difficulties, to move forward bravely, to keep one's feet on the ground, and to strive to carry out the historical responsibility shouldered by itself. Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the CPC's sense of responsibility has important theoretical value and practical significance. It enriches and develops the Marxist responsibility thought and makes great achievements in practicing this responsibility consciousness. We should take the responsibility consciousness of the Party as the guide and push the whole party to bear its due responsibility consciously. To promote reform and development, to shoulder the important task of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation; to unswervingly follow the road of common prosperity, to shoulder the responsibility to the people; to administer the party in an all-round and strict manner; to build a good party; and to build a community of human destinies. We will actively promote world peace and development.
