【摘要】：在领导中国革命及中国社会主义建设的过程中,毛泽东对反腐败工作极为重视。不但从实践方面主抓党内、军队内部反腐败工作,而且形成了数量众多的关于反腐败的理论著述。这些理论著述,既是毛泽东反腐思想的成果,也是今天研究毛泽东反腐思想重要的资源载体。需要注意的是,毛泽东反腐思想可以有两种理解:一是指狭义的,被中国反腐实践证明了的,关于中国反腐工作正确的理论原则和经验总结,隶属于毛泽东思想科学体系的毛泽东反腐思想;二是指广义的毛泽东个人的关于反腐工作的观点、看法和现实做法。本文的毛泽东反腐思想,更多的取其广义而言。我们认为,中国优秀的传统文化,马克思、恩格斯、列宁等人的经典著作及民国时期的反腐思想均是毛泽东反腐思想的重要理论来源。中国民主革命、社会主义革命和社会主义建设初期探索实践中的反腐实际为毛泽东反腐思想提供了现实基础。毛泽东反腐思想经历了一个不断发展的历史过程,具有浓郁的时代特征。毛泽东反腐思想主要体现在毛泽东对腐败成因的分析及其反腐的具体措施两个方面。毛泽东反腐思想具有现实性、坚决性、系统性的显明特征;毛泽东反腐思想也具有认识偏差,制度建设不足和政治运动化倾向的严重不足。毛泽东反腐思想对当代中国的反腐工作仍然具有重大理论意义和现实启迪作用。
[Abstract]:In the process of leading the Chinese revolution and China's socialist construction, Mao Zedong attaches great importance to anti-corruption work. Not only from the aspect of practice, but also formed a large number of theoretical works on anti-corruption. These theoretical works are not only the achievement of Mao Zedong's anti-corruption thought, but also the important resource carrier of studying Mao Zedong's anti-corruption thought today. It should be noted that the Mao Zedong anti-corruption ideology can be understood in two ways: first, it refers to the narrow sense, which has been proved by China's anti-corruption practice, and the correct theoretical principles and experience in China's anti-corruption work. Mao Zedong's anti-corruption thought, which belongs to the Mao Zedong ideological science system, refers to the broad sense of Mao Zedong's views, opinions and practical practices on anti-corruption work. This article Mao Zedong anti-corruption thought, more take its broad sense. We think that the excellent traditional culture of China, the classical works of Marx, Engels, Lenin and the anti-corruption thought of the Republic of China are the important theoretical sources of Mao Zedong's anti-corruption thought. China's democratic revolution, socialist revolution and socialist construction in the initial exploration of the practice of anti-corruption practice for the Mao Zedong anti-corruption ideas provide a realistic basis. Mao Zedong anti-corruption thought has experienced a historical process of continuous development, with rich characteristics of the times. Mao Zedong's anti-corruption thought is mainly reflected in Mao Zedong's analysis of the causes of corruption and the concrete measures of anti-corruption. Mao Zedong's anti-corruption thought is realistic, resolute and systematic, and Mao Zedong's anti-corruption thought is also characterized by cognitive deviation, insufficient system construction and serious shortage of political kinematic tendency. Mao Zedong's anti-corruption thought still has great theoretical significance and practical enlightenment to the anti-corruption work in contemporary China.
