从社会期待看党管国有企业的意义——兼论文化与社会状态对公司治理的影响

【摘要】：任何一个企业都有其赖以生存和发展的社会环境,不同国家和地区的文化因素和社会状态会形成社会对企业的期待,企业的社会责任就是企业对社会期待的自觉回应。公司治理是在承担回应社会期待的社会责任时形成的一种企业内外部的制度,它带有强烈的社会政策的色彩。国有经济是党执政的经济基础,在国资和国企的运行和管理中必须体现出党的领导这个中国特色社会主义的最本质特征。
[Abstract]:Any enterprise has its survival and development of the social environment, different countries and regions of cultural factors and social conditions will form the social expectations of enterprises, corporate social responsibility is a conscious response to social expectations. Corporate governance is a kind of internal and external enterprise system formed in response to the social responsibility of social expectations. It has a strong color of social policy. The state-owned economy is the economic base of the Party in power, and the most essential characteristic of the socialism with Chinese characteristics must be embodied in the operation and management of the state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises.
