马克思公平思想及其对我国社会公平建设的启示

【摘要】：党的十八大报告明确提出“必须坚持维护社会公平正义”。这是继党的十七大上提出“实现社会公平正义是中国共产党人的一贯主张,是发展中国特色社会主义的重大任务”。维护社会公平正义是中国特色社会主义的必然要求,是建设社会主义和谐社会的前提保障,是社会发展进步的本质要求,也是社会主义社会的重要特征。本文通过研究马克思主义经典文献,对马克思公平思想的形成过程进行梳理,对马克思公平思想进行系统的理论分析,主要是三个部分内容：第一部分,对马克思公平思想形成的背景和发展历程进行梳理,通过阅读和研究马克思的经典文献,将马克思公平思想的发展历程划分为初步探索阶段、全面深入阶段、理论成熟阶段三个部分。继而对马克思公平思想的内容进行解读,揭示了经济基础决定公平的性质和内容,对资本主义社会宣扬的伪公平真剥削的理论进行批判,指明共产主义社会是公平的最高阶段。在此基础之上,对马克思公平思想的历史性、阶级性、实践性和科学性的特点进行了分析,为后续开展马克思公平思想研究奠定了扎实的理论基础。第二部分,对我国当前社会公平建设的现状进行分析。一方面肯定当前公平建设取得的成就,另一方面指出当前公平建设中存在的不足,进而在马克思公平思想的视野下进行归因分析,为下节提出针对性策略提供参考依据。第三部分,论述了马克思公平思想对我国社会公平建设的启示。在理清马克思公平思想的起源和发展历程,澄清相关概念之后,对当前我国社会建设中的公平问题进行分析,对公平缺失问题进行深入探究,结合权利公平、机会公平和规则公平的现实需要进行分析,并结合《深化改革决定》文件的相关内容给出有效建议。
[Abstract]:The report of the 18th National Congress of the Party clearly stated that "we must uphold social fairness and justice." After the 17th National Congress of the CPC, it was put forward that "realizing social fairness and justice is the consistent stand of the Chinese Communists and the great task of developing socialism with Chinese characteristics." To maintain social fairness and justice is the inevitable requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the prerequisite of building a harmonious socialist society, the essential requirement of social development and progress, and the important characteristic of socialist society. By studying the classical Marxist literature, this paper combs the forming process of Marx's fair thought, and makes a systematic theoretical analysis of Marx's fair thought, which is mainly composed of three parts: the first part, This paper combs the background and development course of Marx's fair thought, through reading and studying Marx's classical literature, divides the development course of Marx's fair thought into preliminary exploration stage, comprehensive and deep stage. There are three parts in the mature stage of theory. Then it interprets the content of Marx's fair thought, reveals the nature and content of the economic base determines the fairness, criticizes the theory of false fair and true exploitation, and points out that the communist society is the highest stage of fairness. On this basis, this paper analyzes the historical, class, practical and scientific characteristics of Marx's fair thought, which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the subsequent study of Marx's fair thought. The second part analyzes the current situation of social equity construction in China. On the one hand, it affirms the achievements of the current fair construction, on the other hand, points out the shortcomings in the current fair construction, and then analyzes the attribution under the vision of Marx's fair thought, which provides a reference for the next section to put forward targeted strategies. The third part discusses the enlightenment of Marx's fair thought to the construction of social equity in our country. After clarifying the origin and development course of Marx's fair thought and clarifying the related concepts, this paper analyzes the problem of fairness in the current social construction of our country, probes deeply into the problem of lack of fairness, and combines with the equity of rights. The reality of fair opportunity and fair rules needs to be analyzed, and some effective suggestions are given according to the relevant contents of the "deepening Reform decision" document.
