列宁的人的素质思想研究

【摘要】：人的素质问题是当代的社会问题,也是一个重大哲学问题,备受社会和学界的广泛关注。经典马克思主义作家列宁对人的素质的理解和阐述没有停留在理论的层面,而是结合俄国无产阶级革命和社会主义建设实践活动,在马克思主义人的素质思想基础上赋予人的素质以实践内涵,形成了符合时代要求的人的素质思想。虽然在列宁原著、书信和手稿中并没有直接提出关于人的素质的直接提法,但明确指出了机关领导需具备较高的科学素养、管理能力,共产主义道德等素质,其原著、书信和手稿中更是蕴含着丰富的人的素质的思想。列宁的人的素质理论来源有马克思人的素质想想,在独特的历史背景下形成。无产阶级取得政权过程中,俄国劳动人民在长期的战争和饥饿中艰难度日,没有任何安全感,身体和心灵饱受折磨,存在恐慌心理,尤其是“恐资”心理。因此,列宁从稳定人的心理从发,分析了原因,讲解了意义,提出了办法。其后列宁又阐释了人的道德素质、人权、科学文化素质、群体素质和人的全面发展等方面的内容,并分析其内在逻辑关系,从生产力、重视国民教育、进行文化革命、理论联系实际和灌输等角度和方法提高人的素质。在研究列宁思想的过程中,不研究列宁的人的素质思想明显是不完善的。列宁的人的素质思想在其特殊的时代具有的独特的特征,经济和社会快速发展的今天研究列宁的人的素质思想,对其进行深刻领悟和深入挖掘,一方面,有助于我们对马克思主义人的素质思想和列宁主义的全面把握和学习;另一方面,有助于我们在实现全面建成小康社会,实现中华民族伟大复兴奋斗目标新要求的实践过程中,注重对人的素质的研究,大力提高国民的整体素质,解决当前我们国家许多重大现实社会问题,尤其是当前社会国民心理扭曲和道德滑坡现象具有重要指导意义。
[Abstract]:The problem of man's quality is a contemporary social problem and a major philosophical problem, which has attracted much attention from the society and the academic circles. The understanding and exposition of the quality of man by the classic Marx writer Lenin is not on the theoretical level, but in combination with the Russian proletarian revolution and the socialist construction practice, and in the Marx doctrine On the basis of quality thought, the quality of human being is given to the practical connotation, which forms the quality thought that meets the requirements of the times. Although in the original book, letters and manuscripts of Lenin, there is no direct formulation of the quality of human beings, but it is clearly pointed out that the leadership of the organization should have higher scientific literacy, management ability, communist morality, etc. The quality, the original book, the letter and the manuscript are more rich in the quality of the people. The quality of Lenin's quality theory comes from the quality of the Marx people and is formed under the unique historical background. In the process of the proletariat's acquisition of political power, the Russian working people harden in a long war and hunger, without any sense of security. The body and soul are tortured, there are panic psychology, especially "fear of capital" psychology. Therefore, Lenin from the stable person's psychology from the hair, analyzed the reason, explained the meaning, put forward the method. After that, Lenin explained the content of human moral quality, human rights, scientific and cultural quality, group quality and man's overall development and so on. In the logic relation, from the productive forces, the national education, the cultural revolution, the theory connection with the practice and the instillation, the people's quality is improved. In the process of studying Lenin's thought, the quality thought of the person who does not study Lenin is obviously imperfect. The unique characteristics of the quality thought of Lenin in his special times, The rapid development of the economy and society today studies the quality thought of Lenin, deeply comprehend and dig deep into it. On the one hand, it helps us to grasp and study the quality thought of Marx's people and Lenin's doctrine. On the other hand, it helps us to realize a well-off society in an all-round way and realize the Chinese nation of Wei Dafu. In the practice of the new requirements of the target, it is important to pay attention to the study of the quality of the people, to improve the overall quality of the people and to solve many of the major realistic social problems in our country, especially the current social psychological distortion and the moral landslide.
