【摘要】：马克思、恩格斯科学地揭示了人与自然之间对立统一的辩证关系,认为二者是相互联系、相互依存,同时又相互对立的。中国共产党继承与发展了马克思、恩格斯人与自然关系的思想,提出了生态文明建设的战略构想。一要树立尊重自然、顺应自然、保护自然的生态文明建设的理念,二要坚持节约优先、保护优先、自然恢复为主的生态文明建设的方针,三要落实严守生态红线、严格生态制度、解决突出问题的生态文明建设的指示。
[Abstract]:Marx, Engels scientifically reveals the dialectical relationship of the unity of opposites between man and nature, and thinks that the two are interconnected, interdependent and mutually opposite. The Communist Party of China has inherited and developed the thought of the relationship between Marx, Engels and nature, and proposed a strategic conception of the construction of a biological civilization. To conform to nature and protect the concept of ecological civilization construction of nature, two should adhere to the principle of conservation priority, protection of priority and natural restoration as the main principle of ecological civilization construction, and three to implement the instructions of strict ecological red line, strict ecological system, and the solution of the ecological civilization construction of outstanding problems.
