【摘要】：党的十七届五中全会勾画了“十二五”时期宏伟蓝图，为今后五年经济社会发展指明了前进方向，也对全党的学习能力、创造能力提出了新的更高要求。推进马克思主义学习型政党建设，是正确把握国际国内形势、抓住用好重要战略机遇期的迫切要求，是推动科学发展、促进社会和谐的迫切要求，是坚定理想信念、巩固全党全国人民团结奋斗共同思想基础的迫切要求，是凝聚发展力量、顺利实现“十二五”宏伟目标的迫切要求。因此，要从学习贯彻十七届五中全会精神、顺利推进党和国家事业发展的高度，充分认识马克思主义学习型政党建设的重要性和紧迫性，推动马克思主义学习型政党建设取得更大发展。把建设马克思主义学习型政党的学习机制作为研究对象，总共有五部分内容。首先，详细介绍了马克思主义学习型政党与学习机制的相关理论，对其提出的背景及意义进行了深入的探讨。其次，阐述了马克思主义关于政党学习的理论，，分别介绍了马克思主义经典作家关于政党学习的理论和中国共产党领导人关于政党学习的理论，为论文进一步创作提供理论根据。第三，研究分析了由于马克思主义学习型政党制度建设不完善，导致构建学习机制方面存在的问题影响了党的进一步发展，得出论文基本结论必须建立健全学习机制。第四，主要阐明构建马克思主义学习型政党学习机制的基本原则。最后，根据研究分析，对建设马克思主义学习型政党的学习机制提出了可行性的完善对策建议。通过以上对马克思主义学习型政党的学习机制研究，对加强马克思主义学习型政党建设具有一定的现实指导意义，对党在思想、组织、作风、制度建设方面将起到重要的推动作用。
[Abstract]:In the fifth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee, the party outlined the grand blueprint of the "12th Five-Year" period, pointed out the direction for the economic and social development in the next five years, and put forward new and higher requirements for the whole Party's learning ability and creative ability. To promote the construction of the Marx doctrine learning party is to grasp the international and domestic situation correctly and seize the important strategic machine. The urgent demand for the period of the meeting is an urgent requirement to promote the development of science and promote social harmony. It is an urgent requirement to strengthen the ideals and beliefs and consolidate the common ideological basis of the unity and struggle of the whole Party and the whole country. It is an urgent demand to condense the development force and achieve the grand goal of "12th Five-Year". Therefore, the spirit of learning and carrying out the spirit of the the fifth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee should be carried out from learning. In the construction of the learning mechanism of the Marx learning party as the research object, there are five parts in total. Third, the research and analysis of the problems in the construction of learning mechanism because of the imperfect construction of the Marx doctrine learning party system The further development of the party has concluded that the basic conclusions of the paper must establish and improve the learning mechanism. Fourth, the basic principles of constructing the learning mechanism of the Marx doctrine learning party are mainly expounded. Finally, according to the research and analysis, the paper puts forward the feasible and perfect countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the learning mechanism of the Marx doctrine learning party. The study of the learning mechanism of the Kyth doctrine learning party has a certain practical guiding significance for strengthening the construction of the Marx doctrine learning party, and will play an important role in promoting the party's ideology, organization, style and system construction.
