科学发展观与和谐社会理论的内在逻辑关系

【摘要】：近30年的改革开放和发展，中国经历了翻天覆地的变化，但新的社会历史环境，也产生了新的矛盾和问题，不和谐的因素已在影响甚至阻碍着经济社会的发展，实践需要新的理论尤其是科学理论的指导，科学发展观、和谐社会理论正是伴随着时代的呼声应运而生。但是二者之间到底是一种什么样的关系，明确二者之间的关系对于我国经济社会的发展有什么样的帮助，这正是本课题要研究的问题。科学发展观是中国化的马克思主义科学世界观，是马克思主义世界观和方法论在当代中国现代化发展进程中的具体体现和实际运用。科学发展观是一种以人为本，全面、协调、可持续的发展观，所要建立的是要使经济更加发展、民主更加健全、科教更加进步、文化更加繁荣、社会更加和谐、人民生活更加殷实的社会。而要全面实现这样的目标，必须促进社会主义物质文明、政治文明和精神文明协调发展，坚持在经济发展的基础上促进社会全面进步和人的全面发展，坚持在开发利用自然中实现人与自然的和谐相处，实现经济社会的可持续发展。这样的发展观才符合社会发展的客观规律。和谐社会理论是中国特色社会主义的崭新理论纲领，社会主义和谐社会，应该是民主法治、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处的社会。目前就这两种理论的研究现状来看，虽然获得了大量科学成果，但在科学发展观与和谐社会理论的内在逻辑关系，中国共产党对马克思恩格斯对社会主义和谐社会理论的丰富和发展等一系列重大理论问题上，都有待进一步深化。就两者的关系而言，科学发展观从发展理念、发展思想等方面促进社会发展、社会建设、社会治理，，是从发展的角度求和谐；和谐社会理论则是从社会关系、社会状态方面反映和检验贯彻科学发展观的成效，是从和谐的角度促发展。总之，科学发展观就是科学的实践观，就是引导人们按照科学的、辩证的思维方式去从事实践，去争取经济和社会的和谐发展、全面发展和可持续发展。因此，马克思主义世界观和方法论是理解阐释科学发展观的哲学基础，马克思主义实践观是贯彻和实践科学发展观的理性前提。科学发展观的理念也表明社会主义本身并不等于就是一个天然的和谐社会，构建社会主义和谐社会，既是一个明确具体的目标，也是一个永无止境的发展过程。科学发展观的确立并且日益深入人心，必将为构建社会主义和谐社会的伟大实践提供理性的前提和科学的指南。本课题将对科学发展观与和谐社会理论这两种理论做更深一步的研究，同时着重对这两种理论的内在逻辑关系展开深入研究，以求对这两种理论有更深刻的认识，以指导目前我国经济社会进入更加良性循环的发展。
[Abstract]:After nearly 30 years of reform and opening up and development, China has undergone earth-shaking changes, but the new social and historical environment has also produced new contradictions and problems. Disharmonious factors have affected and even hindered the economic and social development. Practice needs the guidance of new theory, especially scientific theory. Scientific development view and harmonious society theory come into being with the voice of the times. But what kind of relationship is between them and what kind of help will the relationship between them be for the development of our country's economy and society? this is exactly the question that this subject should study. The concept of scientific development is a Marxist scientific world outlook with Chinese characteristics and the concrete embodiment and practical application of Marxist world outlook and methodology in the development process of contemporary China's modernization. The concept of scientific development is a people-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development concept. What we want to establish is to make the economy more developed, democracy more sound, science and education more advanced, culture more prosperous, and society more harmonious. A society in which the people live a more substantial life. In order to achieve such a goal in an all-round way, we must promote the harmonious development of socialist material civilization, political civilization and spiritual civilization, and persist in promoting the overall progress of society and the all-round development of human beings on the basis of economic development. Persist in the development and utilization of nature to achieve harmony between man and nature, to achieve sustainable economic and social development. This concept of development conforms to the objective law of social development. The theory of harmonious society is a new theoretical program of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The socialist harmonious society should be a society of democracy and rule of law, fairness and justice, honesty and friendship, vigor, stability and order, harmony between man and nature. According to the current research situation of these two theories, although a large number of scientific achievements have been obtained, the inherent logical relationship between the scientific development concept and the theory of a harmonious society, A series of important theoretical issues, such as the enrichment and development of Marx and Engels' theory of socialist harmonious society, need to be further deepened. As far as the relationship between the two is concerned, the scientific concept of development promotes social development, social construction and social governance from the perspective of development, while the theory of harmonious society is based on social relations. The social state reflects and tests the effect of carrying out the scientific development view, it promotes the development from the harmonious angle. In short, the scientific concept of development is the scientific view of practice, which is to guide people to practice according to scientific and dialectical thinking mode, to strive for the harmonious development of economy and society, all-round development and sustainable development. Therefore, the Marxist world outlook and methodology are the philosophical basis for understanding and explaining the scientific development view, and the Marxist practical view is the rational prerequisite for carrying out and practicing the scientific development view. The concept of scientific development also shows that socialism itself is not a natural harmonious society, the construction of a socialist harmonious society is not only a clear and specific goal, but also a never-ending development process. The establishment of the concept of scientific development and the growing popularity of the people will certainly provide rational premises and scientific guidance for the great practice of building a harmonious socialist society. This subject will do a further study on the two theories of scientific development and harmonious society, and at the same time, focus on the internal logical relationship of the two theories, in order to have a deeper understanding of the two theories. In order to guide the current economic and social development into a more benign cycle of development.
